Well thought out and navigable site!!
Firstly, I ran in to some error message and had a time sensitive project and they got back to me with quick fix instructions and all went well, we made the deadline.
That said, during the time of thinking we wouldn't be able to use MiniTool...I tried a couple other free options just to see if I'd be able to get this done and wow, the difference in formatting and the ease of navigating the tools/site...MiniTool tops!!! When I got back in to my project with MiniTool it felt like such a relief, being able to use so many of their uniquely focused tools to make things easier for us (the users). Thank you!!

You can uninstall the program using the uninstaller located in the program’s installation folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\MiniTool ShadowMaker). You can also uninstall it through the Control Panel.
By the way, MiniTool ShadowMaker supports backing up to a Synology server. Did you encounter any issues adding the shared folder as the destination? Please feel free to reach out to support@minitool.com if you need further assistance. Our support team will be happy to help.
Great customer service
I was getting ready to do a dual boot system on a new computer and realized I had lost my license key for Partition Wizard that I had purchased back in April 2023. i contacted the support team at Minitool and told them about my issue. I'm using Partition Manager. It's a well made tool which helps a lot when it comes to managing drives.
What is also very good is the support. It answers quickly and I always get a good solution.
