I thought I was scammed by minnen and sweat coins...but my necklace has arrived and it looks very good...after 3 months ot finally arrived and It is worth the wait 🤞🏾

I thought I was scammed as it took long to get my item(i'm in SA), I brought the customized necklace and I love it..the product came as it was advertised and I love it, with the right size👌🏼when you purchased from the company be way patient to avoid stress

I ordered a bracelet in July and still haven’t received it! Customer service is also awful and no concern showed for my lack of item, also no refund was offered will never use again !!!!

If you have questions, the service by minnen is incredible, fast and very kind.
The porducts, are super nice and good quality.
Love to give these products as gifts and many will follow.

Awareful service no response to my email. Order still not arrived and no response from their customer service team via email. No telephone number to call. Dont buy from this company all products come from CHINA!!!

Days back I was worried like all of you because they weren’t response me and the tracking number received the updates so late, but today I receive my order and it’s so beautiful. I got my necklace from sweatcoin and I ordered 26/6 so it takes like 2 months to arrive at my country. So I guess that the time depends the country

I had an order which I waited like two months. It never arrived because it got lost, so I was advised and offered to be resent which I accepted.

It's been a month after that and nothing yet, will never use your company again and encourage others not to do it either.

I ordered a Minnen necklace on the 29th of July and still have not received my order and it’s been over a month, I also wrote a email to them but i have had no response

I've ordered my necklace on the 1st, it's not the 29th. No updates about anything and not been shipped yet.

Days back i was negative about minnen and I wrote a strange feedback ..but i feel better now i received my orders and they look cute 😍 ...

Purchase has not arrived despite showing as shipped, incorrect tracking number so no idea where the item is. Contacted the website and received no response.

I made an order through Sweatcoin on June 29th with standard 10-14 day shipping but so far have received nothing. I have tried emailing customer support but have only received an automatic response saying they will respond within 3-5 days. That was over 2 weeks ago. Not sure if it's a scam but definitely not worth wasting your time and money.

I saw this customizable bracelet with tempting 100% off discount in Sweatcoin. I purchased it in exchange for a cheap amount of sweatcoin and 7 pound of shipping fee on 1 august, 2022. It’s been almost a month now and I’ve been tracking its whereabouts using the AfterShip app which promised realtime monitoring. It’s been stuck in the same place for days and I’m starting to feel bad about this. This product originates from China, by the way, but claims to be a Swedish company. I am never ordering from Minnen ever again.
