The product itself is fantastic ( a 3D LED mirror with speakers, colour remote, biggest size and clock) however the delivery was a chew on. It was sent from Poland and I tracked it all the way to Bradford (around 100 miles from where I live) and there it stopped, for a week. I couldn't telephone the delivery company, only send an email, so I asked if they could send it on a specific day and I would make sure I was in. There was no reply after a few days so I rang mirrorforyou who were excellent and chased it up. It arrived the next day, very well packaged and is a great feature in the new bathroom

Brilliant mirror, so stylish. We are absolutely satisfied with its quality and function.

One complaint regarding the fixings. These did not work well with our stud wall and we ended up changing them for something that seemed more secure

The site was easy to use also to place the order and the mirror arrived very well packed and in a short time

Ordered a bespoke mirror and arrived sooner than expected which was great. It came well packaged with instructions on how to put up. Very pleased with my purchase however my only negative comment would be that the mirror is only provided with what looks picture hooks therefore mirror not secured to the wall and a high risk of mirror falling off the wall. Would've have preferred more secure fixings supplied with mirror otherwise a great buy.

Great product so far. Really pleased. Only problem was no instructions sent with mirror on delivery. This was rectified following an email . Overall very good.

Would have marked this as a five star however the mirror came with no fixing bracket to secure to the wall. Fitting it therefore is not the easiest. Which is a real pity as the mirror doesn't look as good as it could do had the appropriate fittings been included.

A great mirror, although the first wasn't the exact one we ordered but quickly rectified after an email & the replacement arrived 10 days later. Trouble is the courier company they are using managed to damage both the first & second mirror so it wasn't until the 3rd arrived (by a different courier I might add) that all was well. Looks great in the bathroom but if you buy one check it when it arrives on the doorstep. Good value & very pleased in the end. CHANGE COURIERS!

Great product for the price, Although the first mirror did not work correctly I contacted company and they arranged new delivery in about a week, so great customer service would recommend.

Initially contacted them via online chat 3 weeks before my bathroom was being fitted to make sure my custom sized mirror could be delivered in time. Was assured that 3 weeks was plenty lead time. This turned out not to be the case as I had to call the bathroom fitters back out a week after the bathroom was finished...
The courier was shocking with both boxes badly bashed and the mirror exposed, however it looks great up on the wall and I'm very pleased with mirror.
Just leave plenty time for delivery if you're getting someone to fit the mirror for you.
