Customer service doesn’t reply to email requests . The link on their website to start a return no longer works & despite an auto reply saying they will get back within 2 business days it didn’t happen. Yet they can send an email asking for a review

Buyer beware - lack of customer service if there is an issue
I had the most wonderful experience with Mitra, and their customer services was some of the best I have ever experienced until... I received the product and had a slight size issue. I was immediately ghosted, and all my emails were suddenly ignored. I am STUNNED by their lack of communication as they were so fantastic before my one minor issue. It is quite unfortunate as I thought their product was exceptional; however, that really doesn't matter if it doesn't fit properly. Buyer, beware and I would advise you to find another site to purchase from.

Worth the wait
While it took the greater part of 9-10 weeks to get my Boldrini Selleria Opera bag, I can honestly say that it was worth the wait. When I started to wonder what the status of my order was, I was easily able to get answers from the Mirta customer service specifically where the bag was or what step we are in the process. I’m incredibly pleased with the bag! The quality is amazing, the leather smells incredible. I’m so excited to use the bag as I know I’ll be getting a lot of compliments on it

The customer service was really good. Her name’s Martina and kept me up to date about my order. I was expecting longer wait to receive my order but it arrived earlier.
I was a bit disappointed as the colour of the bag wasn’t I thought it would be, and quite small. I guess I didn’t pay attention to the measurements.
Overall the service is great and I do recommend Mirta to people who are looking for a quality craftsmanship, unique design and exceptional service.
