Purchased a bag strap in the end of Aug, and then received an email from Martina saying that my item is expected to be completed in 5 weeks. However, 5 week has past by, I have not yet received any shipping notice or updates. On 2022/10/05, I emailed back to Martina and also h****@mirta.com to check the status of my order, but till now I still got no reply. I think ten day is long enough for any business to reply to their customer's inquiry no matter how busy they are. Now I am starting to worry... They have already charged my credit card since the day I placed the order; should I open a dispute with the bank about this transaction? There were some more bags I originally planned to buy from Mirta in the near future, but from recent experience I think I will not buy from them anymore.

Received my beautiful bag on time and was kept informed of it's journey to me via emails.

I adore my new bags! They are beautifully crafted and very well made. Excellent customer service from the Mirta team - special mention to Martina who is always friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Although it took some time for the bags to arrive due to being made to order, it was well worth the wait.

The wait is quiet long but the bag is really beautifully made and the craftsmanship is just amazing. Customer service is also very good, they replied back to me within a day or two and kept me updated with my order.

purchased a bag from them. I requested a return. They sent a long-winded questionnaire on what i was returning, why, make, etc. They didn't list the brand on the drop-down box. I have received no response to the return request and no response on several emails. Simply put, they will not accept returns AT ALL. Their return policy is bogus. Can't return because there is no return address to return it to. And they say if their return instructions are not followed they will not accept the item. Dishonest company.

Ordered my bag at the end of May. Received an email stating the bag will be handmade and delivered to me in 19 weeks. Exactly on week 19, I received the package from Marta. The bag is beautiful and I am happy to have it.

Overall, was a good experience. The delivery was fast. Was impressed. The bag looks exactly what I have expected. However, there was some scratches on the top of the flap. Hence, not 100% perfect. Otherwise, I am happy with my Ray.

Waited 5 months for the bag. When it arrived, it was a beautiful bag but there are some stains on the bag and one obvious one right in front of the bag by the buckle. I question the quality check being done by the company.

I am in the process of getting it return and wonder if I could exchange for the same bag?

The entire process was very smooth with Martina giving me updates on each stage of my bag. Definitely recommend MIRTA, the product looked beautiful and felt really good on my hands. Great quality, amazing style and excellent service!
