Great products well made and well priced.

This is my 2nd purchase and the quality of the bag is great. However, it took awhile but still could make it in time for my moms birthday! Will purchase another when they have sales/discount code offered.

The delivery time been changed again and again!
The promise of delivery time is just a joke.
From the beginning of September become the beginning of October now they promise next week.
But who knows? next time maybe they will tell me to keep waiting until next year or next life😂
Please, for your own good “do not “ do the business with this unprofessional retailer.

Excellent service, great quality bag

I’ve made my purchase for the operetta bag back in mid Jul 2022 and have just received my order - mid Sep 2022. Delivery wasn’t the fastest but I totally understand every piece is handcrafted and takes time to complete. No complains at all because I love the bag, only regret was not getting the bigger size but the operetta is cute nonetheless. The Mirta team, especially Martina was really warm and friendly. My queries were answered promptly and I received updates along the way on my order completion status. Delivery was via FedEx Express and it took 2 days to reach Singapore, pretty fast and tracking of parcel can be done easily. Overall a great experience with Mirta.
