Mirta has lost a customer sadly

Mirta has lost a customer sadly. I ordered the SARA in a special color CLEARLY LABELLED “teal”. The purpose of this particular bag was to represent ovarian cancer awareness month which is September… I myself am an OB/GYN who had ovarian cancer six years ago… As I noted to the customer service team, matters of life and death are very important to me whereas purchases like this lovely and wonderful but are not matters of life and death… That said this bag is not an expensive and when it came it was very clearly a dark green… The customer service representatives acknowledge that this was in fact not a teal color but that they would not refund, they would not discount, nor would they offer a credit… Many of my colleagues who also purchased a similar bag and had problems with the color or even worse with the quality of the bag received the same response… Sadly it seems that Mirta no longer values the quality it used to…

The completion of my handbag was…

The completion of my handbag was delayed due to COVID issues with the artisans which was completely understandable but I hadn't heard anything from you until I reached out. Afterwards, communication and follow-up with staff was excellent! I would recommend better packaging of your items. I agree with a minimal use of packing materials for the benefit of our environment but choose a smaller box so that the item has lesser chance of getting danaged during transport and delivery. I love the handbag!

Satisfied Customer and Great Customer Service

Recently bought a bag from Mirta and I recall clearly it was June my purchase with them. I've got to know Mirta from a YouTube channel, a youtuber introducing these Italian Artisan handmade handbags which interest me. My experience with Mirta for the first time was wonderful. My purchase in June but the bag got caught up and delayed until August due to covid over in Italy and the production has stopped and resume so it took 2 months to reached Malaysia. Despite the long period, I was assured by Mirta's customer service team through emails and their response on the production and delivery status was always updated to me hence I appreciate their response and communications over the 2 months period... I must say I love their service and I will definitely recommend Mirta to everyone who loves artisanal handbags and their workmanship is excellent. Will definately have my next repeat purchase again with Mirta.

A BAD experience

As much as I would like to give it 5 stars, I can't do it! It took almost 3 months before I received my order. If I had not made inquiries nobody wouldn't have gotten back to me about the "close down of the workshop due to covid cases". After taking that long the bag is still not up to par. Whoever runs the quality checks of the bag did not do a good job. The stitching on the handle is bad, loose, and poor! If you look at the side view I can see the thread shredding!
