Really nothing to complain about
High quality clothes and accessories, unique and timeless design. I've never had a bad experience with MISBHV,
Customer service experience is kind of shxx.
I sent few emails to them for update my return information because the products have some problems and defects but already past like 2-3 weeks, they still didn’t reply my email. I am extremely dissatisfied with their customer service attitude. If they need more time to confirm with the quality team, they can just tell me. Not replying at all is unacceptable behavior.

I ordered an item, which was canceled by the shop, without explanation, i ordered the same item again, and it was not sent. I contacted costumer services 3 times and no reply came. I payed via invoice which means no item, no payment. But there is 0 comunication from a shop i looked up to and own several items, its really disappointing.

Materials on the website VS the label on the item
I really like this brand, especially hoodies. This time I decided to order a hat as well, the cat ears beanie one, major disappointment in terms of material/composition listed on the website vs the one on the label. On the website is states that majority of the material is wool/ baby alpaca, however in reality on the hat itself it stated mostly synthetic. Unfortunately I noticed it after cutting of the label, hence was not possible to return.
I wish the website transparently stated correct materials.

I placed two separate orders with MISBHV and received the wrong item. I ordered the Logo Bikini Bra (the top part of the swimsuit), but instead I was sent the bikini bottoms from the same set. This issue completely ruined my plans, as the items were meant to be a birthday gift for an event happening this weekend.
What made the situation even worse is that customer service did not even apologize for the mistake. Despite explaining everything clearly, providing both order numbers, and showing that the error was on their side, the communication felt careless and unprofessional.
For a brand in this price range, I expected accuracy, responsibility, and at least a simple apology. I truly hope MISBHV improves their quality control and customer service, because this kind of experience is unacceptable
Very poor quality
Very poor quality. The leather pants are literally coming apart at the seams, and the pockets are falling off. This was the last time I ordered from here.

I didn’t receive my order because the delivery time information was incorrect. It was supposed to arrive in 3–4 days, but it took over a week. I had ordered it to another country where I’m not a resident, and I had to leave before the package arrived. It’s been more month since the purchase, and I still haven’t received either my order or a refund. Very disappointed with the service.
Very good after-sales customer service
They responded very quickly to my email complaint about the product. The problem was immediately resolved to my benefit. I am very positively shocked about how good customer service MISBHV has.

I highly recommend this brand
I highly recommend this brand! I have two hoodies one I’ve had for three years, and it’s still in great condition. The other one I’ve had for a year, and it’s also in excellent shape. The material is fantastic as well. Zero problems with shipping, and another big plus is the great communication with the company they reply quickly and clearly.
I sincerely recommend it! ❤️
