MISBHV great design and customer service

I have been a customer of MISBHV for many years, most of the things I buy are really great quality and serve me for years. One product turned out to be defective during use, while within an hour the matter was resolved through the road. A very helpful Mr. Alexander handled the complaint positively and offered to send a new product. I highly recommend this brand ☺️

Jus what i needed

Wanted a bit of a style refresh, and MISBHV delivered. From walking into the store to actually wearing the clothes, everything was spot on. Quality’s great, fit’s perfect, and just feels right. Plus, the staff were super helpful – easy to talk to, no hassle at all. Felt comfortable both in the clothes and with the whole experience. Definitely recommend!

The customer support is extremely bad

The customer support is extremely bad. I needed to return some items form the order and receive a refund for more than 330 eur. But I had to close a bank account that was used for purchasing. When returning I notified the customer support about this and asked them to refund me to a different bank account which they happily agreed to.

After the return was processed, I learned they issued a refund to an original payment method which isn’t available anymore. I reached out again but they can’t even remember I reached out to them in the past. Not sure what’s going to happen now.

Completely unprofessional and super slow. It takes a couple of days for them to reply to a simple message. I mean I’d expect this kinda service from Shein or whatever.

Extremely disappointed in the brand…

Poorest quality ive ever paid this much money for

Paid 90 Dollars for a bikini top that had the print come off after one wash. I paid 50 Dollars for a bandana wich is completely see through and just rippen appart after I just pulled a little on the edge. Now I bsically paid 140 Dollars for a basib Black bikini top and a bandana with the strength of a feather. Never again

Excellent customer service

I made an online purchase (long sleeve sport top). After I found out that I received damaged item, I was a little bit disappointed. Immediately, I reached out to customer support. Their response was very professional and honestly I'm truly impressed by the level of willingness and communication I experienced. We found a solution; they sent me a new product and apologized for any inconvenience that they may have caused.

Despite the issue, I view this experience positively and extend my gratitude to the customer service team for their assistance.

super-flexible, strong client oriented

I have very good experience with MSBHV as a company - they treated me very flexible, and creative, when I had some difficulties with my order. It was extra-ordinary behavior. I was surprised in a very positive way.
I order often cloths via producent's websites, high-fashion. And that's definitely a big plus here with MSBHV.
No doubts they have very high level in customer service area. Big plus

Bad customer service

I bought a shirt for Christmas which, a couple of days after my payment, went on sale for 100€ less than what I paid. I wrote their customer service in regard to getting a price match since the shirt, in the same color and size, was still available. I could have sent the first order back and ordering it again but this seemed like an easily avoidable struggle for both parties as it would be a waste of time and resources for us both.
Customer service of course replied after the sale had ended that they couldn’t price match. I think this is a very unfair decision and was expecting a much higher standard of their customer service. High quality clothing does not make up for bad service and it should be expected that the two were the same level. Apparently not.
