I made a return within 4 days of receiving the package. The parcel reached them over a week ago, they are not replying to emails, and I still haven’t received my refund.

Just the size is bigger than you do usually

The top I ordered didn’t fit well. I took an XS, which was fine everywhere except the chest - still too loose, and I’m a 75B.
It also seems to be with a lot of wrinkles, probably because it’s meant to sit differently on the body.

Returns aren’t included in the price, so you have to pay for them yourself. In my case, return shipping from Germany to Poland cost me almost half the price of the item.

It’s now been two weeks since the return, and I still haven’t received neither confirmation, nor my refund too…

If you’re ordering from outside Poland, I’d recommend choosing a store that includes return shipping and offers a clearer guarantee.

Despite two manufacturing defects in the t-shirt, complaints are handled very efficiently. Excellent customer service.

I made an order on July 2 and today is July 22 and I still haven't received it! One of the items was cancelled without my consent, I would have simply changed the size to another but the support service decided not to ask me anything and sent me what they had! I have been dreaming of buying clothes from you for so long but in the end I am extremely disappointed with your store and service

I made a recent purchase and encountered a small problem with my order. Thankfully, customer service was beyond helpful and took good care of it. They resolved the problem without an issue. I look forward to making another purchase soon. Their bags are so cute!

Guys it don’t get any more simple than I ordered on May 27th and I still have had email or any notification that it has EVEN shipped.🤷🏾‍♂️

MISBHV has the best quality in terms of fabrics and design, plus fast shipping and various payment methods. I strongly recommend this Polish brand.

I've been ordering on MISBHV since 2020, never had a single problem. I did required some help from the customer service because a gift code was send to me for my loyalty and it was not working. They helped me to send a new code who did work.
I felt listened and helped !

I am beyond happy that I was able to finalize the refund despite it taking so long. The team were quite patient with me and took the matter serious.

I had to return something I bought online through MISBHV website and the experience was super easy, you only have to pay 5€ for the return shipping, which is deducted from the amount returned. Total process took approx 10 days until I got the money back, with Easter holidays in between so I suppose it's usually a bit faster. I contacted customer support to make sure everything was fine and they were friendly and quick to respond. I recommend and will definitely buy from MISBHV again. I'm just sad I had to return what I bought cause the size didn't fit.
