Order when smoothly, the mishmash jeans fitted well and comfortable. Once slight issue I thought the jeans weren't as dark as I expected however that could be entirely my fault but looks good.
Happy with my purchase.

Received this email asking for a review well before I actually got the jeans! Why does it take you a week to get a web purchase to the buyer?
Think you need to think this all through a bit! Hopefully the jeans will be OK Amazon you are not ..

Fantastic customer service
I've dealt with the customer service department a couple of times and they are outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble and they resolve any issues straight away. My partner loves these jeans too, he now has three pairs and I'm sure there will be more added to his collection soon!

Fantastic customer service & great jeans
I ordered 2 pairs of jeans for my husband online on the Sunday before Xmas on the Wednesday. When I saw the confirmation I realised I had accidentally ordered the default size for the 2nd pair. No worries. I’ll order another pair in the right size & return the wrong size. Monday morning I received a phone call from customer service asking if I meant to order in different sizes. When I explained what had happened, she immediately offered to correct my original order, cancel my 2nd order & refund me. It was all done in <24hrs and the correct jeans in the right size arrived on Christmas Eve along with the credit! The jeans fit brilliantly and outstanding customer service!
