When I initially walked in, there were 4 people in front of me in line. One person was a typical "Johnson County wife", and her snooty husband who were expecting special treatment just because they drove a Benz, and had leather pants on. They were calm, cool, and collected, and assisted each person to the best of their ability. I highly recommend their services for all your smart device repairs.

This was a hassle free and very pleasant experience. The young lady at the desk was very sweet and I had a new screen on my phone in about 20min. I highly recommend Mission Repair

I had received a quote for an iPad mini screen repair for $159 at the place in Olathe near the Sprint store and they would have to order the screen. Mission Repair had my screen fixed in a day or two and for $100. Great customer service, very polite and friendly.

Impressive, professional service. They made me feel comfortable with my choice to use them. I appreciated the overnight service. It was probably simple for them, but it made me feel special.

Although I had purchased a phone case for my daughter she dropped her phone and cracked the screen. (of course) After researching many companies I decided to send it to Mission Repair based on the length of time they have been in business and the number of positive reviews.
I was not disappointed, phone was returned as promised and as I was under constant pressure of when the phone would be returned! I wish I was local as they can fix within an hour, I wish that would have been an option for me!!!

These guys try really hard. There have been times that I've had to follow up with them, but honestly it's my dumb fault for having my 2 year old play with my iPad in the first place. I almost bought a replacement until I found them on the web, I'm in Littleton, Co. Ship it in and a day later my repaired iPad is back on my doorstep. The best part is that once you're a customer they give you a discount on the repair the next time. 5 times, Apple just needs to make these things baby proof.

I needed a new screen on my iPad. The work was done in a day as promised and is indistinguishable from the original screen. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Mission Repair for related work.

My iPod broke. Went to Best Buy. They wanted to send it off...would be a couple weeks before I got it back AND I had to pay first. Decided not to go that route. Then went to Apple Store. No help as far as wanting to repair it. So I went to Mission Repair. They fixed it in a day! Didn't even cost me $20. Works perfectly now.

Amazing and fast service.
I received a box w/paid postage within 24 hours after speaking to service rep at Mission repair. 48 hours later, I had my phone back with a brand new screen!

I dropped my Ipad and cracked the screen. I didn't want to mail it anywhere so I found Mission Repair. I dropped it off and picked it up the next morning and got a great deal on a sturdier case. I tell anyone I see with a cracked screen to check you out.

I took my shattered iPhone screen in shortly after they opened on a Saturday. It looked like new and was done covert quickly. And with very reasonable cost. I would recommend them!

I had a great experience with "Mission Repair". Communication was good, they did everything they said and were very timely. I'm going to use them for all my Mac and iPhone repair needs.

Mission Repair fixed an first gen ipod by replacing a bad battery. Service was fast and a good value, as I did not need to buy a new ipod.

From the time I walked in the door until the time I walked out it was a great experience. I would recommend anyone who needs electronic repair to use this company.

Unable to fix my kindle fire problem and I had to make several calls to get refund that was promised. From placing this review I was finally contacted from someone with refund details which is much appreciated. People here seem really good and friendly but I didn't love the way the refund was treated initially. I may try them again yet though for a samsung galaxy 5 issue - nervous because a kindle fix is one thing and your cell phone is on a whole other level. Still deciding.

I recommend this shop highly. They are fast, efficient and skilled.
