Excellent quality!!
I wanted a good quality bandage dress and came across miss modal luxe. I hadn’t heard of these before but they have some beautiful items so thought I would give it a go. I’m so glad I did!!! Beautiful quality and has a nice heavy feel to the dress. I’ll be buying from these again!!

Different Colour
Agree with previous comments about false advertisement due to different colours. Ordered beige boots and they were dark brown when they arrived, refused refund on postage, very bad customer service as it seems to be a reoccurring problem and something should have been done to prevent innocent customers having to waste their money on products which are falsely advertised

Misleading website and awful customer services
I ordered the NIKI BEIGE boots for an outfit, however they came a complete different colour then what they showed on the website, they were a very dark brown colour.
The website is very misleading, as well customer service are not helpful at all. I had to pay for returns due to their fault.

I ordered a co ord set and I live in…
I ordered a co ord set and I live in ireland I tracked it and it had arrived in ireland on it was sent to an post which then was sent through customs.. I contacted an post and I paid customs charge.. I continued to wait and look at tracking but it didn't leave so I contacted an post again and they said they were sending it back as the paper work was wrong from missmodalux. I have emailed missmodalux multiple times and they have never replied. So for this I have only give 1 star. I had paid extra to have it posted and then paid a custom fee too which I wouldn't have cared if I recieved order and then for them to not email me back there is not a good customer service.

We understand your point of frustration however, all the paperwork was done correctly hense the reason it cleared through Irish customs. this is actually a fault on the postal service in Ireland.
