I ordered a dress from MISSPAP however the wrong item was sent to me, when I emailed their customer services they replied back to me straight away and helped me resolve the issue!

I ordered a co-ord from misspap however part of the set was missing but the lady in customer service who dealt with my query was called Julie and she helped me with my ordeal and took my experience with the company from a 5 to a 10. This is the first time I’ve shopped at misspap and I will definitely be back because Julie’s customer service was ten out of ten. she dealt with me professionally, efficiently and effectively.

I used to love miss pap but I don’t know what’s happened with their customer service is rubbish. I returned a item via Klarna a month ago mind you it’s been a long while since I’ve shopped at misspap the quality was not worth it and quite overpriced as it looked lovely on the website. I thought I would purchase the one year delivery to considering I’ve always liked their products. I sent a email few weeks ago to customer care regarding a refund on the one year delivery as It wasn’t going to be put to use and didn’t mind paying the delivery difference initially. I have not heard anything back and the cheek to charge a late payment fee for a delivery that I haven’t used. I have paid the full amount as I wouldn’t like it to affect my credit but this is just atrocious.

The dress arrived on time.
Unfortunately the dress was damaged and I immediately contacted customer service and chatted with Roselyn.
Roselyn was very polite and helpful and resolved the problem with the dress.

I left a review 2 days ago which should be ignored.
Item sent faulty, I thought it had been sorted but nope. They lied to me said it was being sent next day but I received an email saying standard. Im still waiting now 3 days on and my engagement party is tomorrow now I don’t have the corset top to the 3 piece I was wearing.
I contacted customer service and they all keep telling me it was sent next day but not one had provided evidence of this and have been extremely unhelpful.
Disgusting really, they’ve had the last 3 days everyday to correct there mistake of sending via the wrong delivery service

I had an issue with my order. I never received it and it was marked as delivered. However, soon as o contacted MISSPAP they got back to me and messaged me with options of what to do for my missing order. Jessie was very helpful and fast and sufficient. She immediately helped with the options I need to take.

I ordered two items and returned both due to them not fitting. I then received an email to say I was being refunded, but only for one. I contacted customer service promptly to try and rectify this. Catherine, picked this up and dealt with it in a timely and appropriate manor. Mistakes happen from time to time, it’s re assuring that they can be resolved straight away, I have been given the 5th of sept, for when the return money will be refunded. Thankyou for sorting Catherine.
