I have been trying to start the refund process for tickets not received and not used
I have been trying to start the refund procedure by following the steps outlined for this on Mr. Ferry's website. I have received no responses. I have tried calling the published customer help number (+44 203 868 0640) numerous times — no SMS code has been sent to my phone as promised.
Today I tried calling the help number again and was simply cut off. I’ve checked that my phone is (and was on the date of passage) in working order—the phone is fine. The calls I’ve tried to place to help telephone number have been made during the published operating hours.
Original difficulty: I booked tickets for a ferry trip from Naples to Procida, the island nearby Naples for Saturday October 11. The 10-digit/numeral reservation number was available on-line. The actual tickets were not issued for the ferry trip. When I arrived at the ferry embarkation office, the operator Caremar refused to honor the reservation number alone--he expected a ticket. We didn’t use the tickets since they were not generated from the reservation number. I had to pay for tickets for the passage.
I would like to obtain a reimbursement or refund for the amount originally paid for the tickets--two adult tickets, round-trip passage to Procida from Naples.
