We booked ferry tickets through…
We booked ferry tickets through MisterFerry to Capri but had to reschedule our day trip to Capri due to weather.
First, MisterFerry charged us over €50 for a “rebooking fee”. We paid this fee and upon us paying this fee, we were notified we would be charged the price of our original tickets AND our new tickets in addition to the rebooking fee. Total came out to over €200…

restrictions on travel to Capri
I booked a ferry between Sorrento and Capri.
When I arrived at the port I was told that only residents of Capri are allowed to take cars to the island.
I am told by the ferry company that this information is available during the booking process, but detailed information is provided in Italian, which is not helpful for non-italian speakers. I was not the only person at the ferry queue show had the same problem.
I tried to speak to someone in your organisation, but the telephone numbers you provide are only recorded messages.
