Be wary of booking with Mr Ferry!
I had a return journey from Sorrento, Italy to Positano booked with two different companies through Mr Ferry. The return journey was cancelled due to a boat technical issue and Positano Jet WhatsApp’ed me to ask MF for a refund. So I did. After a month, they finally decided to tell me that Positano Jet said the service runs all the time and they (MF) would not be refunding for my cancelled trip, even though I have the cancellation message. After many back and forth messages I finally got a refund, but it was blood out of a stone. If I hadn’t hounded them it would never of happened.

Terrible customer service. No communication.No refund.
The ferries on booking number WT23L915B1 were cancelled by both ferry companies due to bad weather on 28/10/23 . I applied for a refund through Mister Ferry. It is now 12/11/23. Still no refund.No communication since 28/10/23

Price change after booking, scam
First decent price was offered. After the booking I was informed about price increase. After declining the booking, I was offered the initial price again but in the small print I noticed it was for a total different trip.
For my understanding this is clear missleading and scam!
I do NOT recommend. Original ferry pages are even cheaper in the end.

Avoid avoid avoid
Boat cancelled from Naples to sorrento with no notice until we arrived at the port. They have since failed and refused to refund monies. You only know how good a service is when things go wrong and this crowd are deplorable.

AVOID MR FERRY
Hey all,
Just had to vent about my awful experience with Mr. Ferry. Two months ago, they abruptly canceled my trip without any notice (learned about it at the port), and now they still haven't reimbursed my tickets. Their customer service is just stalling, and it's incredibly frustrating. Avoid them if you want to keep your money and peace of mind intact.

If there was a minus star I would use that. Awful company, overcharged, they are refusing a refund even though I didn’t receive my ferry tickets. Used them to travel from Sorrento to Capri highly recommend other travellers to book directly with one of the ferry companies at the port in Sorrento.
