Delivery was 2-3 working days late, but arrived safely eventually. Before I had to ask for a track and trace number via e-mail because they didn't send me one automatically. However, they gave me a reply quickly with a track and trace code. The product is great!

Great selection and service for trialing frames
I've ordered four times from here prescription glasses, trials and sunglasses. Great service (returning trials I had no issues) and reached them on the phone easily. Great selection compared to NL stores. As it's coming from DE to NL of course it's a little slow (up to a week delivery in my experience) but this is expected. Recommended

I love the fact that you can try all the models on with the simulation (and the end result is exact to it, so you know how the glasses will fit).
My order arrived in a short period of time, well packaged.

Super easy & nice choice
Super easy way to order glasses - especially now with the shops being closed or possibilities to try glasses being restricted. I really liked the idea of getting the eyes tested digitally (in my case as a second measuring after a few month); unfortunately it was not possible to get to that test (registration didn’t work), therefore the 4/5 stars.

I really enjoy Mr. Spex online shop with a 10 day trial at home. As you can save costs, I already bought glasses 3 times with them in the last years. The only thing is that you want to look if they offer a local shop in your neighborhood for your measurement / prescription
