Shocking - 2 x 'lost' orders and refused a refund!
UPDATE: Phoned again today and spoke to someone who agreed to refund me my money. Do not purchase from here currently if you are UK based.
I had an order from Mister Spex years ago which was great. Unfortunately, I have been significantly let down by them this time. After saving up to buy a new pair of glasses (that were needed by yesterday, 21/01/2021) I purchased them through Mister Spex on 6th January which were supposedly dispatched the next day. A week later I had still not received them and upon enquiring was told they had been lost. A replacement pair was dispatched 13th January. These still have not been received by the mail carrier with Mister Spex telling me that it is due to delays at the border and that they will not refund me until the 25th January. Given that this is the second order that has been 'lost', I find it appalling that Mister Spex are refusing to refund me until they find it appropriate to do so as this means I am unable to purchase a pair of glasses from somewhere else. Do not buy from this company at the moment if you are in the UK - your parcel will not reach you in time (if at all) and Mister Spex refuse to advertise this on their website as well as holding your money! If you cannot guarantee shipment to the UK at the moment you should not be selling there or advertise it clearly on your website!
I have no glasses and no money to buy a different pair which I desperately need, you know, to see. You've had my money for almost a month and I still have no product. Refund me my money.

Did not receive order. Advertised that they ship via DHL, however when order was shipped - no tracking number and was informed that DHL was not used. Waited 2 weeks just to have to get it canceled...
Be careful
Don't send a survey if the product has not been delivered - that is just sloppy.
Although I spent over 39 euro, they did not ship with DHL.

Even though something went wrong with DHL and my package disappeared. The helpdesk helped me in a friendly and fast way. Anyway I really like my new glasses :D

Please, never order sunglasses at this company. It was the worse experience ever. I ordered sunglasses in the beggining of June. After a week I got them and they were defected. After that - welcome to the hell.
Nobody responded on my calls to the dutch office, they just didn't work, since I called a lot of times a day and was waiting for 15-30 min.
I sent an email and of course nobody responded me even after 1 week. I sent back the sunglasses using a return form found in the box. On their official website it's said that people get DHL form for returning. But it's not correct because I got postNL (which is of course much cheaper for them).
My sunglasses were going back more than two weeks.
During that time I finally could speak with a person from German office. They were constantly repeating that they were busy because of Corona, which I don't believe at all. They (i dont know why) sent me a new returning form again (after 1 week when I already sent sunglasses back!!!!)
They told me that they need to investigate if the sunglasses are defected and they will send me a new pair. I needed to go on holidays and I couldn\t get this parcel - so I texted them about that. But they just don't read messages. They sent me a box with new sunglasses and since I couldn't get it, the sunglasses were sent back to Germany. when after 2 weeks of nothing I called again to Germany they said that sunglasses are lost!!! and they can not send me new because this item is out of stock! Luckily I managed to return my money back again after 1 week. They offered me to wait new sunglasses from the manufacture transferring money on smb's bank account or via paypal. Thanks God I didn't do that since I don't trust this company at all any more.
No quality, no service, no customer friendly. I spent 2 months to follow this situation, I spent my nerves, my time, and I didn't get my sunglasses. To bad that paying a lot of money for sunglasses I got 0.
