Bestel je een bril op sterkte, dan mag je de bril, samen met drie andere brillen naar keuze, bovendien eerst tien dagen lang proef dragen.

Ordered some polarised glasses for my…

Ordered some polarised glasses for my boyfriend, who suffers with headaches from the sunshine. He loves them! They are light weight to wear, but are strong against the sunshine! We will both order again from Mister Spex. Awesome price for awesome quality. Delivery was fast too! 🙂

I DID AN ORDER BUT DIDNT RECEIVE IT!!!!
I payed 200 euro’s, and got a conformation of my order. The delivery time should be 3-5 days. At this moment I am 1,5 weeks further and Still got nothing.

The company is not responsief to any of calls, e-mails, of other social media Messages.

I am deeply disappointend in Mister Spex and their services.

I hope I Will het my money back.

Bad service

Delivery took a few days longer than advertised, not really an issue. However when the sunglasses arrived they were bent out of shape. Clearly a production fault as they are made out of hard plastic and don't usually bend. Emailed the customer service with photos but have yet to hear back almost a week later. Not great service for 130 euro pair of sunglasses.

Excellent Customer Service

I cant understand these bad reviews I see below mine.

I have received nothing but good service from Mr Spex.

I first time I used them was because they where the cheapest place I source my contact lenses. I unfortunately order the wrong Strength I ordered the strength for my glasses. I called customer service and they helped me return my contacts issued me with a refund and I re ordered the correct strength their was no problem at all this was maybe around 7 months ago now.

I have now ordered a 2nd time as they are still the cheapest for my specific branded contact lenses. The parcel did take a while to come longer than normal. I called up and spoke to Raffaella who issued me with a refund. I went home to find my parcel from Mr Spex The parcel has taken longer to come and I personally think this is due to coronavirus delaying transit times.

I now have received my full refund I contact Customer service again and speak to Omar we recreate the order he sends me a link to pay via paypal. The customer service I receive from this company has always been excellent always happy to help and as long as they remain the cheapest I will continue to order.
