Outstanding service from start to…

Outstanding service from start to finished, mister vape truly deserves 5 stars!

I don't usually take the time to write any reviews online, but my recent experience with the mister vape team and group has been one of the best online shopping experiences i've had in a very long time. so i really felt that mister vape deserverd a real detailed write up.

From the moment i visited the website ot the moment my order arrived and even after that the service and communication and overall care i received was exceptional.

i always think first impressions always matters and mister vape delivered from the very first click. There website is very well organised and easy to navigate, much easier then other websites and with a huge range of products, i noticed how easy it was to locate things.

They have very clear descriptions, real reviews from customers and it gave me confidence straight away.

Before placing my order i had a few questions about the kit i wanted to buy and which pods needed to fit it. I used there email to ask a questions and i was quickly replied to.

Very helpful response to my question and was resolved straight away. they didn't just send me a generic response to my question, basically asked what device i wanted and what flavours i was interested in and gave me some solid advice!

Once I placed my order, I received instant confirmation and email updates at every stage. I especially appreciated the transparency around dispatch and tracking. Unlike some retailers who send vague “your order has shipped” emails with no further info, Mister Vape made sure I knew exactly when it was picked, packed, dispatched and when to expect delivery. It made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free.

Delivery was very fast, much faster then there advertised delivery service, it arrived next day. no damages no issues at all.

What really impressed me, though, was the customer service AFTER my order. I realised I had accidentally ordered the wrong pods for my device. This was completely my fault, not theirs. I contacted customer service expecting a long wait time and maybe a bit of back-and-forth. Instead, they replied quickly, reassured me not to worry, and helped sort out the issue effortlessly. They accepted my return immediately and arranged a replacement with the correct pods. Even more surprising — the pods I actually needed were slightly more expensive, but they didn’t charge me the difference. They simply said, Don’t worry about it, we’ve got you! suprised i was.

Honestly, that kind of customer care is unheard of these days.

From start to finish, Mister Vape has shown me what true customer service should look like. Fast delivery, excellent communication, genuine care, top-quality products, and an all-around smooth and pleasant experience. I am very happy completely with my order, which is why i've left a review here, i don't usually leave them at all.

They simpyl deserve these 5 stars and thats a big thing coming from me.

I honestly need to give a big shout out…

I honestly need to give a big shout out forthe team at mistervape - Absolute legends! i ordered a new vape pod kit after my old one had given up and i was so desperate to get back up and running again.

There website is super easy to naviagate and look for what i need! and i few extras that i didn't even need but couldn't resist at 99p.

placed my order late in the evening and it was dispatched the very next morning. The tracking updates came through right away and my parcel arrived much faster then i had expected.

Perfectly packaged up, no leaks no dents and no nonsense. just pure happiness that it arrived so quickly.

I didn't even need to get in touch with customer service, everything went through smoothly.

I'll be defoo back fro my juicce when i've ran out.

I ppurchased a vape kit from mister vape and i couldn't be more happier with the experience i've had.

From the start to the finish, the process was very smooth, straightforward and very professional.

The website is very easy to navigate and find exactly what you want. They have very clear and easy to read descriptions with some great offers also. they have pletny of options on each product to choose from.

They have some brands that i've never even heard of which i'm very interested in.

After placing my order with mistervape, i received a email on my order and was given some updates on each step.

The tracking details were added to my order once it was shipped.

My order was shipped very quickly, i think i took a look and it was shipped within 20 minutes from the time i ordered.

It gave me great confidence in the order when i saw that tracking was shipped.

My vape kit arrived very quickly and well packaged in a brown cardboard plain box.
Everything insdie my order was genuine and exactly as described.

Customer service has been excellent, i had a quick question about the comatibility before i wanted to purchase and they responded very quickly.

It made my choice much easier to purchase from mister vape.

It's clear they know what they were talking about, even advise me on a much cheaper option, which retailers i would have thoight would have tried selling me more expensive items.

Overall mister vape has earned my trust on my first order with them. so I DO HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I would like to thank the team at mistervape for helping me through my order. I had trouble with my order because i ordered the wrong pods for the wrong kit i purchased.

When i contacted mister vapes customer service team, they were so helpful in helping me sort out the mess i caused by myself.

They accepted my return and replaced them with the pods that should have purchased with my kit.

The pods i should have purchased were £3 more, but they didn't ask for any payment, they just said don't worry, it's on us.

Really happy i've received my full order completely, al be it that it was my fault when ordering.

I'm new to vaping and ddidn't know that vaping was quite as techincal as this.

However i was helped through massively and i can't thank them enough.

Honestly one of the best companies I’ve ordered from!

I don’t usually leave reviews at all, but the team at Mister Vape really deserves one. I’ve ordered from them a few times now and every single order has been faultless. The products are always exactly as described, great quality, and really well priced — you can tell they genuinely care about what they sell and the experience their customers have.

Any time I’ve had a question, they’ve replied although sometimes a little slow, but they have always gone out of their way to help. It’s not like dealing with one of those big companies where you’re just a number — you actually feel looked after and valued as a customer, just like speaking to them as a friend.

Delivery has always been super fast, everything packed properly and arrives in perfect condition. Even when I had a small query about an order once, they sorted it straight away with no hassle at all. It’s that kind of service that makes such a difference.

I’ve now made Mister Vape my go-to site for all my vaping stuff. It’s rare to find a company that’s so reliable, honest, and easy to deal with these days — but they’ve nailed it.

Not worth the Hassle

I ordered 2 items on the 15/10/25 but only one of them was sent out , 3 emails later and on the 24/10/25 they finally emailed to say they had refunded £16.99 which I still haven't received . The email states 10 working days and could be a further 14 depending on the bank REALLY !!! in this day an age a refund should not take that long especially for a product they had no intention of sending . I think the next step has to be a charge back , and possibly Trading Standards I get its only a small refund but it's the principal . I'm not being had over by a company that I have put trust in to purchase from . I would never recommend this company to anyone plenty more Vape stores that do actually care about their customers

Wrong items received

From start to finish my order was…

From start to finish my order was brilliant. Customer service was fantastic.

Made my first order of £134.67 which included some nicotine and a vape kit. The nicotine is pure and clean and came well packaged.

I did have issued with my vape kit, I'm very new to sub vaping and needed a little help. After contacting mister vape support, they walked me through how to set it up, what types of eliquid are best, what types of coils is good for me.

Couldn't be happier with the service I was provided

They are a little slow at replying to emails but I do get that there very busy with orders, but they could improve on there speed of replies.

Although I my issue was resolved very quickly and I've now got my vape kit working perfectly.

I will be back to order some more eliquids. Jay was excellent at walking me through the vape kit install, just couldn't get it to vape properly. Within 2 emails Jay walked it by step by step and got it working for me.

Kudos to Jay.

After contacting Mister Vape three times, as can be seen from my message below and Mister Vape’s (Jay) reply further down I am still waiting.

ME to Mister Vape.(7 Oct 25)
Would you please look into why there are missing items from my order. (NUMBER REMOVED FOR SECURITY) the FOGSTAR batteries and Aspire replacement glass are missing. This is the third time I have tried to contact you but have received no answer. Being retired and disabled I can ill afford to loose £15. I really do not wish to leave a bad review on Trustpilot etc so am asking you to kindly send me the missing items or give me a refund.

Much quicker then I had really expected. Super service and a really good price.

It's my first time ordering from here and always skeptical. But really happy with my order and the service that I had received.

I'm puffing away on my kit as we speak, it's the only kit I've found I can actually taste the flavours

Just need to work out what I need for pods and coils
