I am still waiting for my purchase to arrive l will have a refund please

Ordered at 1.40pm on 25th Sept and still haven't heard that they have despatched my order, I've had several emails from Elvi stating that they are waiting for it. Can't ring them as their phone is switched off and doesn't appear on their website anyway. Had to fill in a form on their website to contact them. Not acceptable to have no phone contact nor to not have posted the item after 7 days of order.
I've now updated my name which is why Mister Vape couldn't trace the order. I have been in correspondence with them and my item seems to have disappeared between leaving them and Elvi. They eventually agreed a refund but didn't go on to process it so I had to contact them again to process the refund. Their email of 10/10/25 states that a refund was made automatically due to failed age verification ??? If that was the case why did they post the item? The email then goes on to state that my payment WILL be credited back to my original payment method, not has been, within 10 business days! To date no refund has appeared! A bit of a contradiction in their email which I suspect is generic as not sent by the person I was corresponding with. I will be contacting today to see if they have in fact issued the refund. Incidentally, I was told they don't monitor their online form!

Having got fed up of exchanging emails stating that the refund had been issued and it not appearing in my account, I instructed my bank to do a chargeback. In the meantime a refund came through for £17 and not £ 20.99 the price paid, some weeks after they first said it had been issued and after several emails saying it had been done, which it clearly hadn't been. The chargeback went through at roughly the same time and Mister Vape then debited £17 to clear. It has been a very stressful few weeks trying to get my money back, not helped by the fact that you can't speak to them on the phone and the only means of communication is via email! The latter appear to be generic as they pretty much say the same as the previous one! What was clear was that they obviously didn't want to refund my money and were hoping I'd go away!. I will be returning to my previous supplier whose customer service is excellent.

A very negative experience. I purchased my order on 28 August 25 and I’m still waiting for the rest of my order and it’s been 30 days. I only received 1 message from the seller on 5 September 25 and has now completely ignored any communications even after letting them know that I will leave a negative review. I have now approached my Credit Card Company to reverse the transaction as the outstanding order amount is over £40. Very disappointing and frustrating experience. I do not recommend this seller.

My parcel arrived in a plain box, which is good. It had a sticker on that said next day delivery and was delivered next day.

The order was late by 7 days, the order was wrong, and i’m still waiting for someone to get back to me after 3 emails.

I ordered a tank and paid by card.It didn't arrive.
Got in touch with customers service.
Sent 6emails no reply.
So it's back to Amazon for me.
