Superb customer support. When I made the order I accidently put my wrong address down and didn't noticed until they dispatched it. After contacting them they were able to pull back the order from the courier and I could see they did just that. I expected them to wait for the order to be returned before sending out my order. However I received my order then next day, so they sent out a replacement for me without me having to wait for the wrong address to be returned.

Service was spot on and very happy with my order received.

I ordered a week ago, paid for 48 hour delivery, said it had been dispatched but the courier still hasn’t received after a few days, emailed support to ask for an update and no reply from them.

Can’t review properly because one week after ordering still no sign of it.

Excellent support. Very high quality nicotine. I've ordered multiple times from here and never had an issue. They have recently changed delivery to evri and I've found my orders being delivered next day. Really happy with the service they have provided recently.

They have got better in recent months.

ORDERMV28171 This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a vape company, and that's saying something when I worked in the vape industry for over 10 years. Placed an order which I was informed was shipped on 19th May, Royal Mail tracking shows they've never received the parcel. I've attempted contact 3 times and had ZERO response to emails & online forms. I'm now in the position where I'm going to report this to my bank and Action Fraud as it looks like this isn't the first time this has happened to their customers. And before the response says I need age verification I'm registered with all the major checking services as I've tested them all out.

My pukka juice seal is broken and there is no juice in the bottle. Very disapointed.
