It's been over three months since I place my order and I didn't recived my order. I don't know where my order is, even tough they advertise is as shipped (12th of may). Customer consultant hasn't contacted me. I'm fed up.

Fantastic from mister Cape and there team. My parcel went missing by royal mail and without hesitation they replaced it free of charge. Super happy with the outcome. The values are super good quality, legit that for sure. I was able to register my warranty with the manufacturer online as genuine. Good stuff.

First time customer with mister vape. I put in a order for 72mg nicotine. It was impressive the way they have packaged up the parcel. Took me ages to get into it as it was well wrapped that's for sure.

Lack of email response
After an initially good response to chasing the delayed dispatch of the order (it was sent immediately after chasing, on a faster delivery service), the parcel tracking was not updating for 10 days (12 days after dispatch). I've emailed twice since, but have had no response. I understand there can be delays, especially to international orders, but just a short response to say it's being investigated, and to set my expectations, would help a lot.
UPDATE:
This has now been delivered, and the product itself is great. Just to provide a little feedback to Mister Vape on my updated score. This only reflects the service, and not the product purchased. I would suggest assigning an auto response when you're particularly busy or have delays from bank holidays, so customers are aware there may be a delay in your reply. I would also suggest setting your customers expectations on a response. There may be processes you need to follow before you can investigate or timescale you must adhere to before escalating an international delivery. Providing the customer with a timescale on this puts their mind at ease, and should stop them contacting you needlessly.

Excellent service from the start of the order to aftersales. I've just put in a second order.
I actually was looking for information on flying to Argentina and there vape laws when I stumbled on to mister vape. I contacted them via live chat and asked a few questions about the laws in Argentina because they had written a article about it. They answered each and every question, bear in mind I wasn't at first interested in buying anything but them I saw some great offers and went ahead with it. I'm very glad I did as the quality of my vape kit is great.
