My first order with Mister Vape and i am very impressed with the service that i was provided. The entire experience was excellent.
I ordered three shortfills , fruity and a dessert flavour and a menthol.
The fruity blend was vibrant and refreshing, the dessert one was rich and satisfying, and the menthol was crisp and clean – all exactly as described on the website.
The ordering process was very simple and straightfroward, and the delivery was incredibly efficient, much quicker then i had expected it to be delivered.
My package arrived well-packaged and within the estimated timeframe and delivered by royal mail. The service from start to finish was excellent. I had no issues, but I felt confident that if I did, their customer support would be responsive and helpful, however i have not had to contact customer service, so i really can't comment on that further.
Everything from the start of my order to the finish was as good as it can get.
