Mr Woofs is a scam - I ordered months ago and followed up with them on 15 January to see where my order was and they said it had been shipped. It is now 29 January and not shipment delivered. The email just says that it was shipped and could they be of service. DO NOT BUY OFF THESE SCAMMERS

Product ordered in Dec 23, still waiting 8 weeks later. Fobbed off with excuses about clearing customs - definite Scam! Really angry that I fell for it and wish I had read reviews.

Is definitely a scam! Taken money 6th Jan - not heard from them since. Won't reply to emails and there's no contact number. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Ordered a couple of weeks ago & when I contacted them to find out where my order was I was advised it had shipped & I would receive a tracking number from their carrier. Have received nothing. Have emailed again but no response. Definitely think this is a scam.

Terrible product, took nearly 2 months to arrive

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Took my money on 4 December to date nothing. One email said it had shipped another said it hadn’t . No response to my emails.

I had a bad experience from the start, with an extremely long time for the product to even arrive. When it finally did come in, I was disappointed to see that the material look cheap and wasn't fluffy and thick like advertised. Additionally when my dog had an accident while sleeping, her urine completely soaked through and got all over my furniture. This product is not at all waterproof like advertised and I was thoroughly pissed because this was the very reason why I bought this in the first place. When I contacted the company they would not provide me a full refund and return, because of "the health situation in the world." They gave me a 50% refund. Still, even at half price, this produce is overpriced and not worth the money at all.

No good’s and no replies. Avoid this lot they are just scammer

Beware do not use this company - product ordered in November, still not received . No refund as they say it’s on its way - no response of any help, so now trying to get money back

***Buyer beware***. Ordered product was charged and never received our bed. Customer service continues to say someone will get back to you. 7 weeks later and no cooperation from company.

I ordered a couch protector bed a month ago and to date no tracking number was provided. I complained a week ago and got a lame message saying the carrier company had the package but did not register it yet and that I would be notified via email once the package was on its way. I complained again today and GOT THE EXACT AUTOMATED RESPONSE. I believe this is a scam.

SCAM! charged me. Product never came. Sketchy customer service told me it was stuck in customs so they had no control.

It's a bogus company,scam ripoff fraud etc call it what you like.They don't have any dog beds in stock ,never have done and never will.
I HAVE CONTACTED FB but they're not interested in stopping the site advertising.
FB as just as culpable as Mister Woofs

Yep. It's a scam folks. No products ever delivered so seeking a refund via credit card. Grrrr.

Mister woofs are incompetents or crooks, I cannot yet know which. They are advertising on social media to receive orders they cannot fulfil. While they respond in bland terms to chasing emails and complaints my order is still 6 weeks undelivered and no sign of a delivery date. STEER CLEAR.

Do not buy from this company. Ordered at the beginning of November and still have not received my order. Emailed them multiple times to be told that it has been despatched but they can’t give me any tracking information from the courier due to high demand. Asked for a refund but they wont give me my money back. Extremely disappointed, don’t buy from them!!!

Terrible company!! Don’t buy from here. Purchased my dog mat and have yet to receive my mat. When I ask for tracking information they are unable to provide it and yet insist that it has been shipped. I have asked for a refund and they refuse stating that my mat has been shipped.

Do not buy from this company!

Immediate confirmation from them when ordering but no shipping detail ever sent despite numerous requests over weeks. Website says not shipped but email response states it has shipped but no tracking information available…
