Do NOT Buy From Them - SCAM!

I placed an order with them over 6 weeks ago. Product still has not been delivered. The email inbox is tied to a gmail account. The confirmation email arrived immediately after the order was placed and stated that a shipping confirmation would be sent shortly. The customer service representatives cannot or will not provide a tracking number despite confirming that the order has in fact shipped and apparently is taking weeks to clear customs. No shipping confirmation email was ever sent and no tracking information will be shared despite repeated requests. I still have not received my order over 6 weeks later (website states free shipping with delivery in 4-12 days). Their return policy is only for 30 days and yet their CS agents keep giving you false updates about your order until well after 30 days from your order placement so you're unable to get a refund. This company is a SCAM and needs to be shut down. Run!

I would give no stars if I could DO…

I would give no stars if I could DO NOT BUY from this company . Waited weeks for a couch protector, it arrived from china in the smallest of packages . When opened it was a lump of rag not the colour or size I ordered , does not have a non slip back complete waste of time and money. When challenged for a refund they keep saying due to the health situation they do not accept returns so offered 50 per cent refund . I am still pressing for a full refund . Facebook should not allow false advertising they should be removed from site . Shocking company a complete scam

One star too many

One star ? Where is the zero star. ?
Still waiting for the tracking number after 35 days. Just got it today. Hasn’t left China yet.
Now after reading the reviews, I’m ready to put it to my cc for refund as soon as I get it. I kick myself, I should know better.
Must also report it to FB for advertising it on their platform.

Mister Woofs is a horrific scam

Mister Woofs is a scam. They will send you a confirmation email as if your order was received properly, but they won't be sending anything to you. Weeks will go by and your "order still has not been shipped" from China, so there's no tracking information available for you. Also their return policy says that you only have 30 days to initiate a refund afer you purchase--the product won't even be sent within the 30 days though! I ordered a dog pillow on October 9th and it's now Novembe 12th. No sign of this product being shipped. Customer service emails are vague and reassuring that "everything is going well" (for who!?), and essentially are pulling your leg. Meanwhile your card has been charged and your information stolen.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! THEY LIE ABOUT RETURN POLICY

The product was not at all as it appeared to be on the website but I had taken the chance order it and try it out since they a 14 day return policy as long as you pay for shipping.

When I contacted the company to ask for return address they told me they cannot take the package back and will only honour a 50% refund and I can keep the product - which is useless to me

Blanket and extra cover

Was a bit smaller than I had hoped for, but my dog loves it! Hopefully she doesn't outgrow it! lol! They have provided excellent customer service throughout the backorder process and kept me up to date on what was going on.

Wrong color/not large

Wrong color. Somehow my order got changed during the checkout process from light grey to brown and I would have NEVER ordered brown because it doesn’t go with my decor. Not to mention the large are WAY smaller than what they appear to be in pictures.

Your product is great

Your product is great. Softer and more luscious than the alpha paw throws I tried.
Yours is far superior. I especially appreciate the lack of the ugly binding your competitors use. But most of all your “shag” is the perfect length and wonderfully soft.
