Bonzer Can Opener Blades. Great item at a great price. Very fast delivery.

Very pleased with my purchase, however I ordered on Tuesday and it did say next day delivery but I didn't receive it until the Thursday, other than that I'm very pleased.

Good communication on an item that was going to be delayed (no fault of theirs) and excellent quality pan delivered. Thank you.

Computer says no. More than 20 characters in your company name - forget it! Place an order via the phone - forget it. When we did eventually re- engineer our details to fit and pay via SAGEpay they sent an email asking for the money again. The goods were only sent out after we had to phone them again. Promised again for next day in time for an event they rolled up three days later. I'm still waiting for a call or email in response to the last messages. I deliberately chose an independent family firm but I won't use them again they let me down badly and by not bothering to keep us informed made a bad situation worse. Very Very Disappointed with the whole experience. More 'Botch It & Can't Do' than Mitchell & Cooper.

We keep receiving emails to review our order but we are still waiting for our order to be delivered. such emails should only be sent when after deliveries are made!

Full credit to the M&C team for turning around a truly horrendous initial customer experience – including a delivery driver who got into an accident in front of my shop. Even during a period of disruption, they addressed the faults quickly and conclusively. Consequently, I will buy from them again.
