I recently had the pleasure of shopping at MNCR, and I can confidently say it was one of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about helping me find the perfect pair of shoes.

I recently asked for information from support.
I received a great email response that was really helpful. I answered that customer service will take care of them going forward and that I was grateful for the assistance. Customer interactions should be a priority for every business.

2 MONTHS AND STILL NO SNEAKERS (NOR REFUND)
- ordered two pairs of sneakers in April;
- mncr shipped the wrong size (not the one I ordered) statibg that they were running small;
- they were too big so I spent 68 Euro to ship them back (no refund of these costa so far);
- when they received my sneakers they informed me that 1 pair was “out of stock” and I was invited to choose a different one;
- I selected two other styles that were available on Mncr website, but customer assistance stated they were not available;
- I requested refund several times. No refund so far.
Yes, it’s true. they have a customer service that replies to your emails but it’s just a way to try to keep you calm while they are in blatant breach of their very own terms and conditions as well as consumer rights under EU laws.

I bought a pair of sneakers on May 11th. The sneakers were available. Later on, MNCR informed me that the delay in delivery was because it was a highly sold item. They send me a tracking number from DHL-de and informed me the sneakers were dispatched weeks later. dHL-de only have the electronic data but tells me the package is not sent. MNCR tells me yes. I already have bought a pair of sneakers at this website and it was plain and simple.

Update: the situation is solved and I realized that actually the problem was not with MNCr but with not being able to track the package until it got to Portugal by DHL. So, happy ending!

Update number 2: MNCR.club replied I am not. Customer. I have an account in your app, and I already used it for two purchases. My review as I updated before noticed that the problem was not with MNCR but with the delivery company. Unless there is two companies using the same name , one having an app. The sneakers arrived inside an adidas box and inside another box from MNCR.

MNCR is great. Not only they have all the good stuff and brands, they also have a great customer service and policy. Can absolutely recommend this site.

I have bought from this site several times. I was very satisfied with the quality and price of the products. There were inaccuracies with one order, but the support team was very quick to respond and find solutions. I wish MNCR Club development and success! I recommend it to those who like great shoes at a reasonable price!

I never had a better shopping experience than here, and I know similar marketplaces for footwear but they don't care about product quality.

Just received my NB shoes today, smelled terrible, wrong size and soles were not even legit NB soles.
Stay away!

I ordered a pair of sneakers and unfortunately received the wrong size. I contacted their customer service and they were very helpful and kind — they offered me a quick and flexible solution with no extra cost.
It’s refreshing to deal with a brand that actually cares about its customers!

I'm very happy with my purchase from MNCR Club! The shoes arrived quickly, and I'm super satisfied with quality-they look and feel amazing. the customer service is also excellent - always available and very helpful!

I ordered Adidas sneakers. Unfortunately, they arrived in the wrong size. But the customer service is really good, You get a response the same day, and the exchange was very straightforward for me. Very friendly and customer-oriented. And the shoes are really great.

MNCR were super helpful when there was an issue with my order and promptly sorted it out. They helped me get the correct shoes without any fuss and have the best selection of terrace shoes I've found on the net. Have purchased multiple items before and always been happy with the results! I have ordered several times and have always been absolutely satisfied. The shoes look great, the shipping is flawless, and recently I had an issue with a pair of Adidas x Gucci Gazelle “Monogram Green” that was delivered in the wrong size, and the customer service responded in a very accommodating and friendly manner.

Others could take a cue from this.

I had purchased shoes on the 26th of April. It took 3,5 weeks for them to arrive, after emailing back and forth with customer service about the trackingnumber not being updated and knowing how dropshipping works! After emailing I wanted to receive them with speed or get a full refund, they could reassure me with a new shipping date.
Unfortunately when the shoes arrived, they turned out to be fake and smelled really bad! The insoles were detached and made from cork, which is something I don't recognise NB works with. Seems like the shoes were made in China and that is why the webshop needs so much time to send the items.

Thanks for the runners, they are awesome! When I received them they were too big for me, the exchange process was so smooth!

This was a good purchase, I got few pairs of runners for the summer, in really cool colours. I get asked on the street where I got them, haa!! Merci pour tout!

Such a great stuff these guys have, I am delighted once again! My first purchase took nearly a month to arrive because the product was sold out, but I was lucky with my 2nd one and it took only took 5 days with Express! YAY!
