I’ve used Mobile Advantages three times and each experience has been excellent. They provide a wide range of refurbished phones at a genuinely competitive price, but what sets them apart is the option to split payments, making it easier on the pocket.
The product quality has always been impressive, and the service is speedy and reliable. Each order has arrived exactly as expected, with no hassle, although this one actually arrived sooner. It’s clear they take pride in delivering both value and efficiency.
Mobile Advantages has become a trusted service for the affordability and because they’ve proven themselves time and again with great products and smooth service.
The only issue with this is a charger wasn't included but I still had the one from my previous purchase so I've missed out on a spare.

Good communication, but overall a disappointing experience.
Paid a lot for a “pristine” phone and still had to pay shipping. The device looked good but had distorted sound, not acceptable for the price. Support were polite and responsive but made me repeat steps I’d already tried. I sent it back, but they’ve kept my money and the replacement is delayed due to stock issues. No good will gesture or reassurance had to chase for information on a replacement that's when it came to light they have issues getting hold of a replacement and there will be a delay.
If your order arrives on a Friday with problems, expect a long wait as they don’t operate weekends. If I’d traded in my old phone, I’d have been left with nothing.
I still don’t know when my replacement will arrive,I have been given an approx guideline and i am hoping soon, and I’m not reassured it will be in full working order or that I’m a valued customer. I hope my feedback helps improve the experience for others, as the communication was good, the process and quality control just need tightening up.

a lot went wrong, comms is very poor. I chased up to find out about delivery only to be told there was an issue which they could not tell me what the problem was, so had to start again. Then 2nd delivery was also delayed. So no a great experience
I ordered a yellow iPhone 11, waited for 72 hours and it didn’t arrive. Unfortunately they were low in stock so i chose an alternative colour and needed the phone urgently as it was a present for my daughter’s birthday. Magda and the gentleman that I spoke to on the phone assisted and I got an alternate colour next day delivery. I have a happy daughter the phone was ready for her birthday.
