Great way to recycle your old phone

Communicative over email, made the whole experience seamless and easy. Managed to get £85 for my 'poor' iPhone 11 Pro Max which I felt was a good deal compared to other trade ins. This meant I was able to get a newer iPhone model than I thought I could afford.

Mixed reviews

Ordering of the mobile phone went very smoothly and was very quick.

The SIM card however I had issues with - although when queried the customer service team were very helpful in re-sending this to me (due to technical issues their end that it was not done automatically). When I received the SIM, I tried to set up, however the SIM was out of date - needed to be activated by October 2024 - In the end I went to Vodafone directly to sort out a pay as you go SIM as needed it for a Birthday present.

i acquired an apple watch.

i acquired an apple watch.
apple watch was advertised as waterproof up to 50m.
i took the watch into a local swimming pool with my toddler, maybe a depth of 0.5m, paddling depth, as soon as my watch went in the water it short circuited and has been broken ever since.
when i appealed to mobile advantage, their reply was their T&Cs dont include water damage (obviously it doesnt what warranty ever includes it) however did highlight that there adverts stipulated that the watch can go in depths, and the fact it was bought from them they had tampered with the integirty of the watch and therefore rendering the 50m depth useless and therefore consists of falser advertising.

The warranty is meaningless. Avoid....

I bought a phone in supposedly 'excellant' condition. The on/off button stopped working within 5 months so i contacted MA. they ignored my first 2 messages via the website. After 7 days, they responded and asked me to send pictures. Despite the on/off button being completely undamaged, they sought to first renege on the warrnaty on the basis of a scratch to the screensaver (i.e where you put it on and off). After complaining, i was asked to send in the phone. After several days, i was told they had found other issues (slight bend, LCD imperfection) that i was not aware of and had affected my usage. Thye used that to renege on the warranty after they couldn't find anything wrong withe the on/offbutton, and made no connection between those issues and the on/off button. After contacting them after 15 days of incommiuncado and receiving no reply whatsoever, they then told me they would not support the warranty. My advice is to avoid - you are buying a 2nd hand phone, and if anythng goes wrong, they will search for something to renege on your warranty. Shocking in terms of warranty and communication. I will be advising me employer to cease their contract...

Easy and Quick

Such an easy process to sell my phone and within hours of notification that they had received it , the money was in my bank! Very quick and easy, highly recommend!

Did not honour warranty...worst service ever

Bought a used Samsung phone with one year warranty. Screen went blank (Black) and phone was over heated two days before warranty would expire. Made a complain about this but no one bothered to responded for over month. Then I posted review on their Google page. After that I was contacted by them and they asked me to send them email with all details. I sent them all details. After a month with emails back and forth they asked me evidence that I had contacted them within warranty period. I sent the evidence to them. Again no response after that. Sent another email to follow up. They said they will get back to me after speaking with manager but it has been two weeks and no one has contacted me. I have never seen any worse service than this.

Someone contacted me after my review. Asked me to send the proof of email sent within warranty period but the email address they have given does not exist. Wow, typical example of not willing to serve their customer. I wonder how they got good reviews.
