Meaning as soon as you are ready, so are we. We carry the parts including the bends we need for almost every stair configuration and build your stairlift bespoke to your Staircase. After talking with your dedicated agent to answer any questions and talk through the process we will conduct a home visit to suit you, with our Mobility First Expert Installer. We encourage you to invite anyone you would like to be a part of the decision, such as family members or friends. If you decide to go ahead that day, we’ll be able to install your lift that very same day. We will never apply any pressure, we appreciate it is a big decision and none of our conversations or visits carry any obligation, this is our guarantee to you.

I had my old lift removed by mobility 1st yesterday which wasnt working and was installed by another company.
Mobility 1st came today and installed a new lift which is excellent thanks for making everythibg so easy. Tom the installer was great. Highly reccomend

Friendly professional service
Friendly professional service. Needed a stair lift repair and they came after a full days work just to help us not go over night without the lift. Definitely went above and beyond and was very kind to my relative with dementia as well as to me.

Stairlift survey and installation
I am 100% happy with the service I have received. Nick Callaghan was very helpful with the initial survey and it didn’t feel like a pushy sales call. Less than a week later Tom Walker came to do the installation and he was very professional, arrived on time a tidy worker. Tom was very friendly and explained how it worked and made sure I understood before he left. I would not hesitate to recommend the company to anyone who was looking for a stairlift! Great job all round.

Amazing Mike!
I spoke to Mike and explained our stairlift had broken down. He spent a long time on the phone talking me through different options. He said he would come out the next day to sort the problem. He did, and nothing was too much trouble! I cannot fault the superb service!

I highly recommend Mobility 1st for their great service with no pushy salesman. I cannot praise this company enough as it has been so professional from start to finish. The initial phone call enabled a next day visit by Mike who discussed everything with us and measured up…. no hard sell just polite and honest. Tom came to fit the stairlift and he was a lovely chap…. nothing was too much trouble and he helped guide my Mother at 93 through everything.
A huge thanks to Kate in the office for arranging payment methods too.
