I ordered Tv-meubel set

I ordered Tv-meubel set. The delivery was faster than planned. I read in the reviews that in the photo the furniture looks bigger. It is true, but everywhere there are written dimensions so that a person has a clear idea of what reality is, and not relies on pictures. I was fascinated by the model I ordered. Very beautiful and just as I saw it. But the table of the set, came damaged. I wrote an e-mail in which I attached a photo material. They answered me in a flash within an hour. I had offered to send me only the broken part. They replied that they would send me a new one within a week. Extremely fast, responsible and polite. Thanks to Mobisstoxx for the attitude. Unfortunately, the second table also came damaged, for which I think it is not their fault, but GLS, who in turn took the responsibility to contact Mobisstoxx to send me a new one.
A week later, I have a complete and beautiful set. I got a third table. Mobisstoxx is one that is really reliable and very responsible. I highly recommend to everyone.
One completely satisfied customer: me!

Impressive customer service

I had an amazing experience with Mobistoxx and I can not appreciate them enough. I ordered a tv cabinet and while assembling one of the doors was damaged. I sent them an email and they sent me an alternative within a week.

I am beyond impressed. They have earned themselves a loyal customer!

TV meubel

I ordered a TV shelf from mobistoxx.nl, but they delivered a wrong item, which was also damaged. They instructed me to dispose of it myself and promised to send the correct item. I requested that they pick it up from my place because it wouldn't fit in the underground bin, and the municipality charges €99 for picking up large items. I don't have a car to take it to the garbage disposal center. They promised to arrange a pick-up with GLS. I waited at home all day on three separate occasions during the promised pick-up dates, but no one rang my bell or called me.

Due to this, I lost all trust in the company and canceled the delivery of the correct item, asking for a refund. To date, no refund has been initiated. They claim they are "waiting for GLS" to hear their side, but I doubt this was ever arranged. I honestly believe I have lost my money and I am considering forwarding this case to the ACM to investigate if my consumer rights were violated. I have been shopping online for years, but this is the worst experience I have ever had. I highly recommend avoiding this online shop.

We arranged for GLS to collect the parcels so we could proceed with your refund. However, on three occasions, the courier attempted to pick them up in vain as no one was present during the scheduled visits. Please note that each unsuccessful attempt incurs a charge for us.

When would be a suitable time for us to schedule a fourth (!) attempt to finally resolve this issue?

UPDATE 2: Nice furniture, but beware of defective products and poor service

Please read this and the updates before deciding to buy from this store.

I placed my first order on March 16, 2024, and they delivered a defective cabinet not once but twice. Customer service assured me that the third delivery on August 1st would be handled carefully and that they would take the defective cabinets back. Living alone, it's hard for me to bring two heavy cabinets to the dump. The guy from Mobistoxx assured me they could arrange that, but when the delivery guy arrived, he said he couldn't take the defective cabinets because Mobistoxx hadn't provided instructions.

Here goes hell: I called customer service again and spoke to two Belgian representatives. They both told me they couldn't take the cabinets back due to ecological reasons and that the previous information was incorrect. I tried to explain my situation, mentioning that the delivery guy said he could take them with authorization, but they insisted it wasn't possible. I asked them to take responsibility since it was their mistake to deliver two defective cabinets. I also mentioned that their employee had promised to take the cabinets back, to which she laughed and said he was no longer with the company. I was speechless at her rude attitude. I then suggested arranging for someone to remove the defective items if Mobistoxx covered the costs, but they refused and kept repeating themselves. The second representative, who was supposed to be a manager, didn't even give me a chance to talk. I was interrupted and talked over repeatedly because their only goal was to take minimal responsibility, so they didn't want to listen.

I should have asked for a confirmation email from the first guy I called, which I stupidly didn't. They won't take responsibility for delivering two defective cabinets, leaving you to deal with their mess yourself. Either you take things apart (probably need a saw) and drive to the dump multiple times, or call someone to pick them up at your own cost, despite it being their mistake.

If they had a better attitude and listened instead of interrupting, I wouldn't have written this extensive review. But their poor handling of the situation and the manager's attitude are really disappointing and something that needs to be shared.

To improve, Mobistoxx should ensure their customer service team provides consistent and accurate information, follows through on promises, and takes responsibility for resolving issues caused by their mistakes. This includes training managers to listen and handle issues more effectively, rather than dismissing customer concerns.

1. They dismissed the issue as "just a few planks" and referred to it as a “problem” (with quotes) to downplay the issue.
2. They provided inconsistent truck pickup distances (initially 240km, now 580km).
3. They shifted focus to the fact that the cabinet is now perfect, ignoring the core issue.

My previous response:

Thank you for highlighting the shortcomings of Mobistoxx’s customer service. Writing this review has been worthwhile to warn others:

1. Negative reviews can lead to doxxing!
2. The "few planks" weigh a total of 54 kilos and are each 1.9 meters long (note that a push trolley was needed for delivery).
3. After over 4 months and 3 deliveries, you will, indeed, hopefully, receive a good piece of furniture.
4. Their lack of RECYCLING for potentially non-defective parts contradicts claims of ecological responsibility. And sending a truck just for pickups? Maybe try combining deliveries and pickups as promised.

Since you’re engaging with my updates, I also request that you remove the personal data you have shared openly in your reply. (they didn't remove it, Trustpilot had to help me)

Missing, broken pieces, aftersales department not helpful

They have delivered in 9 weeks (already much later than anticipated), and there were two big missing pieces, and one broken piece for bed, and broken piece for the bedside. When contacted after sales department, they simply say they are sorry, and it is not their but their manufacturers fault, and they are waiting for their answer. It has been 10 days since delivery, they can not still give me a date. I suspect it can take another 9 weeks. My house is full of boxes and I have two small kids, so it is a big mess. But no sympathy from Mobistoxx, other than simply saying that they sent an email to manufacturer. I also bought the whole office furniture. Quality is mediocre. Instructions are confusing, and some pieces are very weak. Finally I am not happy with my office furniture as well, but I decided not to make a complaint, as there is no obvious faults. It is just cheap material. I will use it for several years and replace. As for my bed, I am simply hoping that the missing pieces will come. Overall verdict, it was a bad bad decision !!!! Not value for money, and waiting time and dealing with after sales department is exhausting !

Right after you contacted us by e-mail we've ordered the necessary parts from our supplier, unfortunately this can take about 2 to 4 weeks for the parts to get delivered at our address as explained by my colleague again this morning.
In your particular case our carrier lost an important package during handling your shipment which we regret.
We always try to help our customers as fast as we can if there are parts that need replacement or if there is something missing, for this we depend on the manufacturer's supply and ask for your understanding.

Bad service, louzy product

Cabinet was delivered without lights. They did not inform me the lights would be delivered a week later. There were no instructions on how to place the lights inside the cabinet. Also the doors of the cabinet did not line up with the top so the picture shown does not accurately represent the goods bought. Altogether I am a dissatisfied customer stuck with a crappy cabinet.

Unprofessional customer service

Unprofessional customer service, and the item is used.

They sent the table with scratches, and they want to charge me 15€ for returning it.

Customer service is rude, and they don’t respect bol.com free return policy.

We offered you a free return for this bar table, the only thing you needed to do was to go to a local dpd point 1,5km from your home. But instead of this, you threatened us to leave a bad review if we didn't pick it up, free of charge. You kept word. At that point, you didn't tell us you were going to lie by telling that the table was used. This was a 100% new bar table, the real reason you returned this was because it was too low, although we clearly mention all the dimensions on the website.

We're sad to see how this went, although you left this unfair review, you can still return the table free of charge by going to the nearest DPD point.

I ordered a bed with a base

I ordered a bed with a base. Fair quality for the price. Delivery was good and within the period mentioned on the website.
The only thing was they didn't mention the size of the base needed for the bed.

DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

This is the worst furniture company I ever ordered from !!! And I deeply regret about it. I ordered a dining table and 2 weeks later I received a damaged item. I tried to call klantenservice, but no one was picking up the phone. Live chat also never works. I sent an email and 3 days later there was no response. Finally I received a response and I was asked to send them the proof of damage. After a long and exhausting attempts to have my order exchanged, they finally order a new table top ( not the entire table). 6 weeks later I still do not have my table despite that I should have received it within 3-4 weeks. Today I called them again and I was told that I will get it some time in 2 weeks ( which means in fact in 1 months because of Christmas-New year holidays) and that I ordered table legs. I was shocked, because I did not order table legs, I ordered a table top according to the instruction manual they had sent me. That means another 5-6 weeks of waiting until they manufacture a correct order for me. Also, I asked whether they would pick up a damaged item and they said I must arrange its disposal myself. But it is 35 kg heavy and I cannot just put it in the garbage bin !!! They do not care. They just refused to pick it up and said I should do all what I want with the damaged table top. Never use this company !!! It is the worst furniture quality and customer service I ever had in my life !!!

Worst customer experience and …

Worst customer experience and completely unprofessional. My order was supposed to take 4-5 weeks and three times now, just before supposed shipment and only after i reached out they indicated it was delayed by a few more weeks. it is now 3 months and I have still not received my order. Terrible customer experience
