Wij bieden verschillende leveringsmogelijkheden om aan alle situaties te voldoen: levering met of zonder afspraak, levering aan huis, hulp bij het dragen, installatie of directe montage van de meubels. The quality was very low for the price

The quality was very low for the price, the drawers did not fit inside the cabinet and we were forced to buy an additional drawer from another set, and even then It still doesn’t close all the way. The mirrored doors are not the same height (slightly off). We were told on the phone the problem was our own assembly, even though we had a professional contractor build it for us.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the drawers not fitting properly and for the issue with the mirrored doors being slightly misaligned. This is certainly not the experience we want our customers to have.

However, we are quite surprised that this matter could have been fully assessed by phone, as we always request photos in order to properly analyze any problem and offer the most appropriate solution.

After checking our records, we have not received any email or pictures regarding an issue with this order.

TV meubel

I ordered a TV shelf from mobistoxx.nl, but they delivered a wrong item, which was also damaged. They instructed me to dispose of it myself and promised to send the correct item. I requested that they pick it up from my place because it wouldn't fit in the underground bin, and the municipality charges €99 for picking up large items. I don't have a car to take it to the garbage disposal center. They promised to arrange a pick-up with GLS. I waited at home all day on three separate occasions during the promised pick-up dates, but no one rang my bell or called me.

Due to this, I lost all trust in the company and canceled the delivery of the correct item, asking for a refund. To date, no refund has been initiated. They claim they are "waiting for GLS" to hear their side, but I doubt this was ever arranged. I honestly believe I have lost my money and I am considering forwarding this case to the ACM to investigate if my consumer rights were violated. I have been shopping online for years, but this is the worst experience I have ever had. I highly recommend avoiding this online shop.
