Modern Rugs kept me informed from ordering to delivery. The rug was lovely and I decided that I needed it in a bigger size so returned it. The return process was straightforward, when I spoke to customer service it was quickly processed and I received a refund promptly. Brilliant service!!

SHOCKING customer service BREACHING consumer laws. We returned a faulty rug and we were charged £20 for the collection service, because “it was company policy that as long as the rug we received was the one we ordered they wouldn’t cover return cost”, completely ignoring the fact that we returned it as faulty, not because we didn’t like it. Customer Service Rep Craig was totally ignorant to the situation. When explained that this was breaching consumer laws, we didn’t even get a response. AVOID AT ALL COST!!

I only managed to get to the position where I was able to unwrap my new rug over the weekend, (it had been delivered a few weeks before), but it was worth waiting for.

Looks very nice and feels heavenly under foot, very pleased with it. Now wishing I had purchased the next size up to have even more 'heavenly feet' moments, whilst, I might say being very grateful to all NHS staff and all of the others keeping the country going - a big thank you to them!!!

Ordering online was easy and straightforward. We got the rug slightly earlier than expected which was great. Rug turned up in great condition and looked just like the site. Good price, fast delivery, no issues or complaints! Would happily return to get another rug.

We have bought three rugs before from Modern rugs and recently bought two more. The website is easy to use, the descriptions and sizing are clear. The rugs arrived in a reasonable time (one was out of stock, but we knew that when we ordered and were happy to wait) and are lovely. Great rugs, and good value. I would definitely buy from them again.

Purchased a hall runner and a completely different rug was delivered 2 weeks later.

Was told I had to wait another two weeks before I could receive my actual order.

Amazingly fast delivery on a beautiful rug which I needed to cover up a tea stain on my carpet which I couldn't get out! Beautiful AND useful!
