Charnel was patient, quick, friendly, professional and efficient. I always have a good experience when speaking with one of your reps, and for an online service, where you’re only communicating through messages- I find that so rare :)

Could not receive credit limit increase

I wish to thank mogo money reading this review and caring enough to decide that they would offer me a $500 increase.

I received a call however I was not able to hear them when I picked up but I received the email shortly after.

Well I do wish that this didn't happen in the first place. It's nice to know that I did get help in the end. Thank you

A few months ago I received a pre approval for 3K. I admit I didnt see the email and there was nothing they could do.

I've had multiple loans with the them. I reapplied and received $500. I logged in a couple weeks ago and there was no notification of any offers. There was no email sent - i checked spam but I get everything to my inbox and only thing I keep getting is emails about payment reminders.

When i logged in yesterday it said there was a preapproved offer and it expired "but you are eligible for another offer". Live chat could do nothing, so now I have to wait again for the system to offer something. This wording especially using the word "but" makes it totally sound like there's a new offer im eligible for and it wasn't true

I don't understand why there's no one at mogo that can look at my file and consider things that way. Basically I am going to need to login like every 3 days because clearly these offers aren't guaranteed to be received by email and they dont last very long on an account once they are added.

Im disappointed given my history as a client they could do nothing given the fact that no email was received, it was only 2 days since it expired and because I believe I was mislead saying "but you're eligible for another offer". Also, I have no idea why the offer expires on a weekend, whenever I have tried to chat on the weekend they aren't available.

Hopefully I will be able to give more stars in the future.

Terrible customer service disappointing 😞 I was pre approved for a loan I spent all day sending in documents they are a big waste of time never using them again ridiculous 😞 and they are not great 😢 I really needed help from them oh well lesson learned don't apply with mogo
