The practice scenarios provided on your website do not adequately represent the diversity of clients that may be encountered in the NMHC exam, particularly those from the LGBTQIA+ community. The limited number and scope of scenarios made it difficult to prepare for all potential scenarios and ultimately contributed to my failure to pass the exam.

Thank you Mometrix for helping me be successful the first time. This resource provides explanation videos, mini quizzes, and mock exams. I worked with this for about 3 months and aced the exam.

Spent 3 hours taking an SHRM practice test, and when I hit submit I received an error message: "Bad Gateway". So all of my answers were deleted, and my test wasn't scored.

I tried to contact customer service through their chat, which the website indicated was the best way to contact them. I spend 15+ minutes idle and then got a message saying no one will be joining my chat.

This was the worst test prep service I have ever used! NEVER again. I do not recommend this at all.

No one has followed up with me regarding my order. I still have not rec'd the order I put in. I needed to confirm my address was correct the day I put that order in. No one called back or followed through with me as of yet. I do not know where the order would be. I paid for this up front.

Wow- I passed my government test all THANKS to momatrix. Their website was user friendly, their customer service was superior and the course material was practical and extensive. I had an issue with the subscription and payment… the customer service team was prompt, responsive and went way above and beyond to remedy the situation. Purchase today hope this work for me and to help me pass my cna state exam. I failed my first try and purchase 40$ tests.com but even one question nothing appear n the test i was kinda disappointed. Looking forward to pass my cna state exam with this site.

The material was very relevant to the exam and broke the material down in a similar way in which the exam was written. If I didn’t spring for this, I don’t know if I would have passed! Also the interactive exam itself was worth it on its own!

Great review to prepare for my certification

I purchased the Mometrix Test Preparation TSI Study Guide as a practice tool in preparation to take the TSI Math. I am finding it very helpful and I say to navigate though. It also contains helpful tips on many topics such as how to overcome test anxiety. I am hoping that with the additional free videos it will further enhance understanding many concepts.

My advisor recommended this book to help us study and it seems really great quality!
