I had to return the mat because it just didn't work in my bathroom. The company is great and they worked hard to get things sorted. Just be sure that you want the mat because returning it is expensive through USPS. Momo Lifestyle people were kind enough to figure out how to help, just make sure you read the return shipping policy.
I really like the mat and wish it could have worked out.

I love the product. Specifically the shower mat.
The problem is the outer packaging for shipping. The product is in bubble wrap, a tight fitting cardboard box and then another cardboard box. The problem is that I ordered 3 and those nicely packaged boxes were loosely in a larger box which was either dropped on a corner with nothing to act as a shock absorber. Two of the three were damaged. After notifying the company and verifying with pictures, I received replacements for the two damaged products. The packaging was identical as the first time- not enough crunched up paper to stop the boxes inside from moving around loosely. This time one was good and one corner was slightly pushed in. I’m so sad and disappointed because I love the product and these were Christmas presents for my family.

Bought a stone bath mat from them on Amazon which was warped. I mentioned that in a review and the support team reached out to me reminding me that the mat has a warranty. They indeed sent me a replacement mat, which worked great.

Great product, I like very much

I bought this particular stone bath mat because of its larger size than most others. Ordering and delivery were easy and fast.

The mat itself is nice except for one glaring characteristic which for me was initially a problem. The mat is bowed in the center. None of the four corners which have anti-skid pads touches the floor. The first time I exited the shower the mat moved a few inches. That caught me off guard and I almost fell. I'm a 72 year old geezer and not as agile as I was in my youth.

Why those pads are located where they are is beyond me. To remedy the situation I installed rug anchors on the entire bottom of the mat. One side of the mat is still raised about 1/4" above the floor, but the opposite side and about 80% of the mat from that side all the way to the other is contacting the floor and securely in place.

The bath mat is very nice looking, but the first one arrived damaged on one of the corner. I contacted customer service and Rafael quickly sent me a replacement mat for free and followed up multiple times to ensure that everything is OK. Overall great customer service and I'm happy with the bath mat.

Excellent customer service and an excellent product. My Momo stone bath mat came in with a chip and Rafael from customer service was able to send a replacement promptly once he received the photos showing the shipping box damage and the damage on the mat that corresponded. We love that there is no wet rug to harbor bacteria. Would highly recommend the Momo Stone Bath Mat.

This is a mat. I’ve been thinking about it for so long and finally pull the trigger was extremely excited when I received the product but it was not exactly what I ordered. I contacted the customer service team and immediately they jumped into action to rectify the situation they went above and beyond to make it 100% right Rafael took the time and interest to make sure my needs were looked after and dealt with an efficient and professional manner. I look forward to the next time we have to do business with these guys because they are fantastic.

The motion sensor light is exactly what I was looking for. Soft light for making coffee in the morning while the rest of my family is sleeping. Anything to make this more streamlined and less jarring is a win 😜 Great price and I'm glad I don't have to get a grip of batteries. A slight fade on and off would be cool, but not crucial. One extra mounting disc for an alternate location would be helpful, too.

I really loved these lights! because I can recharge them whenever necessary and I don't need batteries like other brands. I loved finding momo lifestyle for my home!

This is a genius item. I was continually wiping the area of sink/ countertop where I keep my dish detergent, and foaming handsoap container. No more, this catches those drip and drops and keeps the area spotless!

Momo lifestyle has some of the best products I have tried thus far. Their bathmats especially are such a great addition to my home.

I had some issues with a product I ordered that I wanted to return but it was outside the return window. Customer service was fast to respond and was able to help me out for my situation. Very very excellent customer care.

In the beginning of my experience ordering the grande stone bath mat, everything was just great! There was an issue with shipping and not receiving the item on time, but their customer service was absolutely stellar. They were able to accommodate my requests due to a shipping accident and all was well! I now have the product and I love it. Dry time is very fast and looks sleek and aesthetic. I do suggest placing a non slip material under the mat to avoid any slipping (has not happened yet, but could see this potentially happening)

Also - I bought their motion sensor round lights for my hall and my bathroom so I do not have to turn the large light on at night and it’s amazing! I love the warm light and hotel feel it brings to my space.
