Excellent care
Excellent care, 5 stars, very thorough, the only minor downside was the 20 minute wait beyond the appointment time. Maybe not surprising given the differing natures of the problems presented.

I highly recommend Katy. Her clear and reassuring explanations, obvious professional expertise and great sense of humour helped me relax through the procedure. I was a nervous customer and she treated me with great kindness and even made me laugh a lot as well as solving my problem with my ears!

Very satisfied customer
Katy, the clinician was very gentle and explained the procedure in great detail which put me at my ease. My particular case was quite unique necessitating three visits. Each time I felt that Katy devoted her whole attention to my needs which resulted in an excellent outcome. I would unhesitatingly recommend anyone in need of 'ear maintenance' to go to Monarch Ear Care.
