I was a little apprehensive on my way…
I was a little apprehensive on my way to have my ears examined especially as I’ve never had them examined since childhood when they regularly syringed them whether they needed to or not!!
But at the door I was greeted with a massive smile and I could sense the welcome!
Once seated the proceedings were fully explained and the whole atmosphere in the room was totally relaxing. My questions were fully explained and the equipment was shown to me before we started. I was feeling safe in Katys hands.
In no time the procedure was completed no serious wax build up but my right eardrum on showed some detail that required further investigation. Photos were taken for further review. The results should be back soon.
Great happy and very chatty experience.
I can highly recommend Katy at Monarch Ear Car.

Always better to know if there's a hidden issue. With regular otoscopy appointments at least we can keep an eye on it and you can be sure to care for it and your ear health appropriately 🙂
