This was my first appointment with Katy and right from the start I knew my ears were going to be in safe hands. Katy was very professional taking my history and then explaining the procedure and answering any questions I had a long the way. If you need anything done to your ears then I would recommend you see Katy.

I booked this service by phone. I left a message and I was answered soon afterwards. The lady was friendly but professional and took my details to book my appointment.
I decided on a home visit as that suited me best. She arrived on time with a smile on her face (even though it was a miserable rainy day) and ready to sort my ears out. I was nervous but needn't have been as very quickly I felt at ease.
She took lots of information about my problematic ears and explained everything so well. I learned a lot about the ears that day I had no idea they are that complex and amazing! She really knows her stuff and I can tell she is super knowledgeable and passionate about her job.
She examined my ears, showed and explained what the blockage was. She prepared both ears with different sprays to apparently help the blockage removal be as gentle as possible. She worked on both ears clearing them out, showing me the results on her hand held screen. It was amazing to see the transformation and being able to watch it happen on the screen. She ensured that every part, including the "nooks and crannies", were completely cleaned before advising on preventive care.
I'm nearly 90 and felt let down by my GP as was referred and given an NHS hospital appointment to have my ears done but not for another 6 months!! However, this service was super efficient. From my call to being completely cleared of my blockages it was only a few days.
I've had my ears cleared before by syringing and suction but never has it been so informative, through, gentle and marvellous value for money! For the first time I felt actually cared for, not rushed and not just a number or walking cash machine.
I'm so impressed with every aspect of the service I received. I'll be sure to book again and definitely highly recommend. I'd happily pay double, triple even, the price I paid for this service as the difference is astonishing. I can hear again after years of struggling. Thank you Monarch and thank you Katy

I did not expect to get such a fantastic consultation! Never had such an earwax removal before. All was explained in detail and the lovely lady did everything with such care and all felt so comfortable. I can recommend it!!

My ear wax and dried skin was removed with the minimum of fuss by Katy who explained everything she was doing as we went along. I would recommend Katy to my friends.

Details of the procedure to remove ear wax was thoroughly explained to me beforehand. The procedure took quite a long time because my ear canal is quite narrow which meant that it was more difficult to remove the earwax. Also, there was a lot of the earwax to remove. I was continuously kept informed of what was happening during the procedure.

I was left with a slight rattle sound in the ear afterwards with inputs such as vibration from road when driving. However, this is gradually getting less pronounced and hopefully will disappear eventually. I assume that this may be due to the amount of wax that had to be removed.
