Absolute crap. They'll change prices on you, charge your card and do nothing to correct it. Then say you can get a refund on an item -50% -shipping -discounts even though they never sent it or gave you a discount. Total racket/scammers. Rudest customer service I've ever dealt with.

First of all, love everything from Monday Swimwear, however I opened my emails this morning, and to my surprise I found an *urgent* email from DHL customs saying that there was a missing invoice. Minutes later, I get a call from them to tell me that they're missing the sufficient information for my order. They mentioned that 'Global-e' were supposed fill it out which made me confused as I purchased those items from Monday Swimwear. Whoever is taking care of their payments/customs need to be careful so as not to do this to surprise other customers !!

Sure these bathing suits are cute but for the price of these bathing suits of course they’re cute. My one star is for their horrible customer service. I’ve ordered a good amount of bathing suits from Monday swimwear however, I will never order one again. I ordered bathing suits on Thursday to have for Sunday paid the $25 overnight shipping. Overnight means overnight, correct? I definitely didn’t expect it to come overnight however it took four nights. I asked for a refund for my $25 and the customer service representative was super rude and basically said absolutely not read the policy on the fact sheet. Instead of having a fact sheet that somebody has to scroll to because you’re misleading customers by selling a service that says overnight you should have it at checkout stating it’ll take four nights. So I would say for the price of this bathing suit there’s plenty of bathing suits on the market that are cheaper or just as expensive for the same thing, I will not support a business that over charges for a small amount of material and then won’t do the right thing.

I just have to say that I have never been more impressed with a company before. And I do a ton of online shopping! The team at Monday Swimwear has been nothing short of amazing. I placed an order for overnight shipping on a Friday. I was so concerned that I wasn’t going to get my package in time for a planned trip the following week so I reached out to customer service on Sunday. Not expecting a response because it was the weekend, they immediately responded back, refunded the shipping costs and ensured my package would be sent out first thing Monday morning. My packages were received Tuesday morning, before noon EST. Their customer service is top notch and they have gained a customer for life. These are the types of things that really set them apart from other retailers. Thank you Monday Swimwear!

Customer service was very professional and made sure I received everything on time, delivery was super fast (UAE), I’m very impressed! Quality is great, colors are exactly like on the pictures. If you follow the size chart and recommendations you will be fine. Love it and will order again.

I love monday swimwear. Their pieces are so beautiful. I love the names they use for all their swimsuit colors! I am definitely obsessed and only wear swimsuits from them & Activewear also!

The prices are a bit steep, but I think the quality is worth it. I’ve been using my Monday swimwear to the beach for over two years now, and they’re still in great shape. Just a heads up, I hand wash and air dry them.

The swimming costume was great .

I ordered the bikini and sarong both in ivory assuming they would all match , however the sarong is a totally different shade . Now I have an expensive return back to LA annoyingly .

I am really impressed by this brand's collection of swimsuits and resort wear! The designs are both chic and original, featuring eye-catching patterns.
I purchased so many brands but this is by far my best.
I highly recommend MONDAY to anyone looking for high quality products and a beautiful shopping experience.

l love all my suits from Monday. The tops are super supportive and flattering and the material is top quality.

I have ordered 6 bikinis in less than a year. Obviously huge fan. Love the brand. All is great until you have to deal with their customer service. One of the more recent purchases i made was clearly a manufacturer fault or inwas sent the wrong item. I informed customer service and sent photos. They sent me a bunch of disclosures from their website about some fabrics being different etc etc. This wasn't a fabric fault. I sent them the pic they were advertising the item as and it was absolutely completely 1000% different fit in real life. It wasn't a slight difference like they claimed. It was completely different. I said that had the item fit like it did on their advertising pic that I would happily keep it but it did not. They asked .e to return it but in doing so I now have to be $58 out of pocket. The whole bikini cost me $150. I still have the top which I love but it's pointless now as I only wear my swimmers as sets. I was going to return but what's the point? I'm paying in postage almost what the item cost. Their customer service was not sincere. Never commented on why the picture they advertised the item as was absolutely misleading. Misleading to say the least. Now I'm out $150 as i can't return or wear the item. Buyer beware. Their products are great but if you have to return something even though it is not by choice but because the company messed up that is when you see how poorly run it is. A thing of principle I will never ever shop with them again. What's the point of loving the product when you have horrible customer service?? I did not change my mind. The product is clearly faulty or the wrong thing was sent. Extremely frustrating and disappointing

I have been training for many years and have bought A LOT of activewear from many brands. But Monday Body activewear is definitely my favourite. I basically have everything in most colours. I really love their sports bras and leggings. Super classy, and their sports bras provide a lot of support and are very comfortable to wear all day. I have always had great experience with the customer service team and have bought many bikinis from Monday as well. Can’t wait for them to drop more colours in their active wear!

I absolutely love the style and quality unfortunately my zipper broke but I emailed them a photo and got a response within 1 hour and they have already posted out a replacement suit. It is so nice to see good customer service come back!

I really do have to give credit where it’s due! I ordered a few weeks ago, my order came very fast (I live in Canada which sometimes takes a little longer). I had to return an item, which I was happy to know I was able to after I received it as a sale item for Black Friday. My return was approved quickly, and store credit to replace my item with another size was done within a week. The customer service was fast to respond with my inquiries, and took the time to walk me through it all. Highly recommend, and can’t wait to wear my new bathing suit and matching skirt set on vacation.

Bought items under the BLACK FRIDAY. They are saying I am not entitled to a refund just a store credit.
There is no address to return the items too. No-one replies from the customer service team.
Do not waste your money buying these products. They are not true to size and do not offer refunds!! STAY AWAY!
