Great swimsuits but easily the worst customer service ever. Better hope you don’t have to interact with them while buying your suit. I’d heard it was the case for others, but it’s truly as bad as they say.

I've been a fan of Monday Swimwear...love the fit, the colors, the styles--everything. I recently shopped one of their newer colors and purchased a M top. Unfortunately, they sent me a S. I wasn't upset bc mistakes happen.

So I emailed their customer service and within a few hours they got back to me apologizing about the mishap. They were so kind and reactive. The agent offered to replace the item for the right size, however my size was sold out. Not a problem. They gave me a 20% off coupon and the option to either receive a store credit (effectively immediately) or a refund. And they were sending me a return label for the incorrect item.

I took the store credit and used the discount code for another top that I liked. So it all worked out!

I was so pleased by the team's rapid response, their sense of urgency and their commitment to making the situation right.

I was already a loyal customer, but now I'm even more sold on this company. This was the old school customer service that I know and love! Thanks, Monday, you made the absolute best out of a misstep.

Really cute swim and athletic clothes styles! Sizing is a little tricky, I had to size up 1 size from my normal, but I love the styles.

Great selection and good quality. High end so but you pay for what you get. Arrived very quickly to New Zealand. Will purchase again.

My favorite swimsuits ever! They are the best quality and true to size. You can find any style to fit your body type and their resort wear to match makes you the best dressed on your tropical vacation.

I absolutely love the support from the tops and the quality of the material is top notch. I feel very supported and can do all the high impact activities I want to. I just bought 4 more items!

The bathing suits actually fits plus size girls. I've ordered many bathing suits that say or make it look like it will fit my curves, but when they arrive they are WAY too small. Monday swimwear actually fits the curves. They were also very accommodating when I reached out to see if they could expedite my order so it would come in time for my vacation. Can't say enough good things

They sent me the wrong order before a trip so I reached out to them immediately. They quickly sent me a label and were sensitive to the fact that my trip was in a week. Before I had sent back the wrong order, they had rushed shipped mine. Their customer service was awesome. I’ll be buying from them again.

The site is great, the check out experience is so easy. I love being able to see the styles on different people.

Stunning swimwear so clean cut and comfy and the colours shapes and sizes are all incredible!

The customer service are so helpfull and super nice and i love the swimwear the only point that is a bit sad is that most of the time are the Items out of stock
But i really really love the styles and hope they restock soon

I appreciated their excellent customer service's understanding and support when I accidentally used the wrong payment method. They spared me some embarrassment at work. Super impressed with Monday Swimwear’s customer service! When the strap on my Tash Bra unexpectedly weakened and loosened, their team was incredibly responsive and kind. After I sent a photo of the issue, they quickly offered me credit to purchase a new one with no hassle at all. It was such a smooth and thoughtful experience, and it made me love the brand even more.

Fast shipping, and the website is super helpful with different model sizing! Everything I ordered fit as described.

This is the first time I have not returned swimwear ordered online. I bought multiple styles from Monday Swimwear and they fit like a glove. It is also the first time I have ever bought a bikini top that fit properly and was extremely comfortable. I’m sure I’ll order every color. Thank you Monday!
