John is such a fantastic broker. We engaged with John in a vulnerable position and highly emotive. John’s approach was so supportive, understanding and he’s recommendations were logical and made sense. John made sure to do so much investigative work into our finances, provided us more information than required and ensured to guide us through making an informed decision. We did a masterclass initially which provided us so much knowledge - John is so educated and very skilled in the ins and outs of the banking world, and for us with very little knowledge of numbers he broke things down so simply. We continued on to engage John as a broker who went above and beyond for us. No problem was ever too big for John, he was available when we needed him even when overseas on a family holiday. Our family will be forever grateful for John for helping us work through our financial issues and doing everything he could to get us the best possible outcome. Our skeletons got released from the closet - all because of John. You won’t find a better person, mark my word!

What a journey it has been for us. Our story starts several years ago when we were got ourselves into trouble financially. A referral from a relative is all it took for us to take the first step and give John a call. You can tell that John just wants to help and listen. His tone and genuine conversations assured us that it is possible to get back on our feet. Step by step, he took us through the process on how we could manage our circumstances. With patience and persistence, we trusted the process. It would then take the next 4 years to not only get back on our feet but allowed us to have the best credit score possible. We are grateful and highly recommend using John as our broker in future.

I had been meaning to refinance my home loan years ago but I dreaded it knowing what was involved but John made the process easy for me! My previous homeloan was a bit convulated so I wanted to streamline the process to make it simpler. John explained things to me in a way i was able to understand (not everyone knows broker lingo!). If I could give more than 5 stars for the recent experience I had with John from Money Jar Concept, I would 1000%! As a first time home owner, John was an absolute pleasure and delight to deal with. His patience in explaining the process, advising the next steps and answering my novice questions was so appreciated.

Having had such a dismal experience with the property developer and conveyancer (who I would highly NOT recommend), John from Money Jar Concept (on the other hand) I would HIGHLY recommend. John definitely helped decrease the stress levels this process brought on. John was extremely responsive, and I did not have to wait days for a response and never once did I have to send him a follow up email! John was always on the ball and super quick to respond, what seemed to be 24/7 (what service!). With the urgency of my home loan, John went above and beyond in helping get this through.
