A month to to get a jacket and then when I press to try to get a refund or at least some knocked off I get told no because "it's in route"!! Of course it is, AFTER A MONTH!!!! NEVER use this company!!!!

Ordered a sweatshirt on November.28.....I received a few emails regarding the tracking of my parcel and then it stopped, it has been in transit for 28 days. The rate this is going I probably won’t see anything till March or never.

Ordered a hoodie for my son for Christmas. He absolutely loved it. Unfortunately it was to small but I did a chat with customer service and they are sending me a bigger size. I suggest ordering a size bigger than what you normally wear since they will only do it once. I thought the hoodie was excellent. Yes it comes from over seas so expect it to take a long time, but we had no issues. Excellent customer service as well. I have no complaints and would order again.

I bought a 3D print veterans hoodie for my husband and he absolutely LOVED it! Our only issue was the hoodie didn’t fit. He always gets a large in clothing so that’s what I went with when purchasing it. But their clothes run smaller than usual. So, I messaged them and they so gladly were patient and understanding of my mistake. I should have read their sizing chart!!! They, without hesitation, started preparing a bigger size hoodie and I did not have to resend the original one OR pay for the new one. I was so happy with how I was treated and we will be buying from them again FOR SURE. They only allow this to happen ONCE so, you guys, just read the sizing chart :)

After placing my order, I received a message stating my order was processed but no tracking number. I started a Chat with Dennis on line and he assured me my order had been placed. After a bit of chatting he was able to give me a legit tracking number. I then started reading the reviews on Monkstars and started getting nervous again as people was saying the company was a scam.
I again went back to Monkstars web site and again started chatting with Dennis. I ask him if this was a legit company or was I getting scammed. He once again insured me that the company was legit and that he would email me a copy of our conversation with the tracking number from YUN Express which he did. When I checked on the tracking, it showed my order and its last location which gave me some relief!
It took several more weeks for my order to arrive, but it finally made it, The items are Christmas gifts (two three D hoodies and the product looks very well made.
If I had not "chatted" with Dan online and received his guarantee that the company was legit, be patient, and it will arrive as ordered I would have worried about receiving this order like everyone else. So my Hat goes to Dennis for helping me and for his honesty about my order.
The only reason I didn't give a 5 Star rating, is I believe that Monkstars needs to let customers know when placing there order that the items are shipping from China so they know that it will take longer for there items to arrive.

When I placed my order I was a little concerned when I found out it had to come from overseas but it was delivered as it was supposed to be tracking was right on time satisfied Customer Monkstars is number ONE and good to deal with will be placing an order again soon Thanks and Merry Christmas to you all

Ordered 2 xl moose patern hoodies for Christmas. Revieved one womens , Country girl pattern. No order number, no packing slip, but they charged my account the amount for the original order $103. Called, chatted with Daniel, emailed. No response or they dont have a copy of my order . No help at all. I am now disputing with mastercard. This company is out of china. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM> You can buy the same stuff from other vendors.

Requesting on the web can generally be dubious. I committed an error in my request and misunderstood the size. Sending an email to help was genuinely straightforward. In any case, far superior to that as the astounding client assistance. The sort and brisk goals for my error was so extremely valued! I have requested through Monkstars previously and consistently delighted in the items yet this experience was astonishing on the grounds that the manner in which the care staff was so unfathomably accommodating and understanding. Most magnificent assistance and extraordinary.

I ordered the wrong size on an Deer Hunting All Over Printed T-Shirt and Hunting seasons t-shirt at Monkstars was great to deal with on my error. You don't get service like this often anymore. Will I order from them in the future? Oh ya I will.

Awesome customer service! I had an issue and they helped fixed it in a timely fashion and very friendly.

I found the perfect shirt to buy as a gift, and it arrived way sooner than I expected. The shirt I got was misprinted though, so I contacted customer support and Helen got back to me the very next day with options to fix it. I chose to wait the 10 days he said it would take for it to reprint and then wait for shipping. It arrived in good time again and looks PERFECT this time. Very happy with my order and customer service and will consider Monkstars for my future shirt needs.

If I could give them no stars I would, their customer service is horrible and their return policy is fricken rediculas, they want you to take your hoodie to a TAILOR rather then helping you out even if you sent it back, they say they would only cover 15% of the tailoring fee, how stupid, don't buy from them....

Well received my order the other day. I had ordered shirts and jacket.
Had sent e-mail in about order and they responded quickly to them.
And solved any issue I had. Good looking stuff.

Fast, simple, reliable, with interest. I am very satisfied.

I ordered 6 hooded coats with
  zipper, and the material is really very beautiful. And I am very very happy, really. And in addition the coats are washing in our machine at home with cold water. No need to have them cleaned at a retailer. I ordered twice and both deliveries arrived very quickly. I really recommend them to everyone. And when I sent questions by email, they responded very quickly too. Really, I am very happy with them.

I have to say Monkstars.com Customer Service is 100% fast, reliable and genuine!
I had some troubles with product ordered, and got it sorted in few days with no problems.

Constantly stealing copyright property. A SCAM business WITH CRAP PRODUCTS not to be supported. Hope you are shut down!

Ordered a hoodie on line.
8 days later had to contact them to confirm order received.
Within 1 hours got reply apologising and confirming order had been received and was being processed.
Then got link to trustpilot for review ??
Checked reviews ... OMG ... So many negative reviews for monkstars.com ...... Have I made a big mistake ???
NO ... I havent, 2 days later got update about product, next day got update about shipping and tracking and dispatch.
15 days from ordering to arriving (still earlier than expected) received smaller than expected parcel.
My mind shot back to all the bad reviews, poor qualit, poor material etc.
Big, big surprise when I opened the parcel.
Good quality material, good workmanship excellent product, better than expected.
Gave 4 stars due to hiccup in initial communications but should have been 5 stars.
Well done monkstars, a very happy customer, thank you.

Made an order two days ago and still the haven’t confirmed shipment date. They just sent a kind appreciation message and I got billed.

To check I look up their reputation and found this page.

Looks like I got robbed.

These crooks have stolen my daughter's art work and are using it without permission on their t-shirts. We'll be seeing you in court.
