We got a hoodie and three pairs of leggings - late and in two parcels, but with friendly delay-notification emails and then all fine! Great Polyester quality for the hoodie men's size XL, leggings good stretch lycra.
Quality fine, print fine, we will order again!

If i could give a negative star I would. Please BEAWARE or this company. I was dumb enough to allow them to scam me twice! Sure the products look awesome and you think you are getting a great deal but trust me your not, especially if something is wrong with the product. They will not allow you to return your item, the customer service is terrible. When you order don't do it as a gift or you better or 6 months in advance! PLEASE don't get scammed by this company and take the time to look for other reputable 3-d companies prior to ordering

I should have read these reviews before I ordered the sweatshirt for my grandson. It took 9 weeks to come and the opening for the hood and neck is too small to fit his head through.
Emails to the company get standard cookie cutter replies or they want me to take pictures and measurements of the outside. There is nothing wrong with the outside, it's the inside opening that is the problem.

December 8th I ordered a hoodie for my son never heard from these people for at least 12 14 days I kept telling me it's on its way it's on its way it's on its way never have seen the product they said it was going to be freaking at the mailbox where my son was living I tried to tell them that he had moved and what was the process they never contacted me I never got to Jackie and they won't contact me now to get my money back all I wanted was a jacket for my son's Christmas present and they screwed that all up thank you very much I would order nothing from these ridiculous people

This company is fraudulent , I placed an order in December 2018 and as of to date have still not received my order. They should be charged with fraud and theft, how are they getting away with this??

I contacted you when it was taking forever to get this package. Then I contacted you many times after saying what a piece of crap this item was and I didn't want it and wanted to return it.

I will continue to submit bad reviews for your company for both late deliveries, absent responses to customer service and poor quality of the item, as well as YOU KNOW SENDING ME EMAILS LYING ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED.

I cannot even begin to say how bad this company is. Not only did it take forever to get my order, after it arrived it was way to big. When I attempted to contact them about it they wouldn't return any of my emails or messages. After like two weeks I finally heard from them when I explained what happened they wanted me to to return the product for the correct size and pay return postage and shipping on a knew one, or keep the one I had and reorder the correct size and pay for shipping after I've already paid shipping on the wrong product or they would give me a 30% off coupon on a future order lol like I'd ever order from here again. So I'm stuck with a hoodie that I spent over $50 on and can't even wear. I'd never order from them again and they suggest noone else order from them either.

After a month of trying to get this "Jacket" (it's not a sweatshirt) shipped back, I discover today that it will cost $203.30 to send back to VN. I've been waiting for a month to just get a phone number from the seller. I finally gave up and was going to use Paypal's number to just get it shipped back. I spend an hour on the phone with FedEx to get help with the shipping label (there's 4 forms that must go with the shipment). BTW...FedEx was the cheapest way to ship it back at $203.30! Paypal only gives you $30 in shipping. USPS was $55.24 (but I don't trust it was ever arrive). So I'm eating the $54 the stupid jacket cost and maybe there is a 7ft 250 pound basketball player that like the cello that would like this piece of crap.

This is a Chinese Scam. They steal my art images for their crappy knock off products.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, IT'S A SCAM! IF I could give this company a MINUS score, I would in a heart beat. I ordered a Hoodie for my grandson on December 13th and still have not received it. I have been in contact with the company every day and each time they give me a different excuse. They gave me a tracking number which shows nothing! WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I wish I would of read the reviews before ordering! Don't order from them, they don't care about your order, they just want your money. They offered me a 30% off coupon hahaha AND a 20% refund! YAH, not gonna happen. I have filed a claim and disuputing the charges and WILL get my full refund one way or another! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read the reviews and do NOT order from this company. I can't believe nobody has shut them down! What good does it do for people to leave comments if nobody does anything about it!!!!!

For the material, it is stated clearly in our description. I deeply understand that everyone prefers cotton. We do, too. But cotton definitely cannot be accepted by full-printing machine, can not be made into this kind of clothes. You can make a search on this. And this is the best material to be used. Honestly, this one is more expensive than normal cotton. Please kindly understand that we always want our product to be the best.
However, as you do not satisfy with our product, may we 10% refund to you please?

You want a picture ... I did not like the vest the moment I unpacked it... but you insist so much on the reasons for my desire to be reimbursed ... 100% ... not 10 %. the vest is not even big enough I'm 6'5 240lbs. Now give me the refund process for the vest.

The requirements for the photos/videos:i- All the clothes need to be put flatly.
ii- The size mark is showed clearly
iii- The numbers in the ruler are showed clearly.
iv- The ruler position is exactly as where we put. Especially the bust, the ruler needs to be put horizontally from this top's armpit to the other.
v- Please check our example attached below.

It took 25 days from the day I ordered the shirt to the day it got to my door. The shirt was massive, The shoulder on the shirt almost comes down to my elbow and it looks ridiculous and is made of slippery polyester. And since it took 25 days to get here, I can’t return it because their return policy says I can only exchange it within 7 days of ordering. I hope someone won’t make the same mistake I did and READ THE REVIEWS FOR EVERYTHING.

This company doesn't even deserve the 1 star I've had to give them in this review. They are terrible, the quality of goods is truly sh$t and the sizing is ridiculous. Please check the small print before ordering anything, they cover all their shoddy tat in the wording of their small print and spew it back at you when you question the goods that you've received. I have spent nearly £130 with them and am so disappointed in the cr@p that has arrived. In the last email I received from them they suggested that I was conning them, hardly! I should consider myself lucky that I received goods from them as I understand from other reviews that other customers haven't had their deliveries yet. They are rip off merchants and will do anything they can to pass the blame on to the buyer. It's not worth the gamble buying from this company. I have refused delivery of the last item from my order and sent it back and now Monkstars are saying that it's going to get lost in the post and there's nothing they can do now. Regardless of whether they receive the retuned item they will deny it. I will not be spending any more money with these grifters.

Can't believe way they do things at that place we ordered a hoodie on the 8th of December and received it on the 14th of January I bury contact with them but they don't want to help They kept sending me different tracking numbers but none of them show that ever left China I just received it and it is thin and flimsy like a T-shirt I don't recommend spending your money with them

I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered! They sent me a faulty cheap product( even they said the printing was bad) and would not give me a full refund unless i sent it to China!

Terrible, go somewhere else for your apparel. Ordered a shirt for my kid back in Dec 13th supposed to get it by 27th. Nothing contacted them on the 27th, they me some lame it's a busy season story. I told them ok cancel order....."we dont cancel orders shipped" figured it'd be here the next couple of days nope!! I just got the confirmation on 1/11/19 it's being shipped LOL but I couldn't cancel fing joke

What a nightmare! Challenging website that kept crashing as we tried to order; discount codes that didn't work so we ended up spending much more money than we had planned; paid in US dollars thinking it was coming from America but it all comes out of China; 4 different items ordered that arrived in 3 different parcels weeks apart; not happy with the product at all - what we thought were fleecy hoodies and cotton t-shirts were shiny, slippery 100% polyester products; and then the sizing is WAYYYYYYY out from what they say. The difference between a large and a Xlarge is ridiculous. Certainly won't order from them again.

I placed an order for a sweater for my wife as a Christmas gift on November 27th. Only one shipping option (Standard) was offered, and no timeline was given. I figured that nearly a month before the holiday would be plenty of time, so I proceeded with the order. After a week, I reached out to the company's customer service department inquiring about when I'd receive the order. They informed me that the shipment could take 2-5 weeks!! Of course I was very upset that this information was not conveyed at the time of order. To make a long story short, the item did not SHIP until AFTER Christmas (December 26th; over 4 weeks from the order date)!! I didn't receive the order until January 9th. That's 6 weeks from the order date, and one week longer than the 2-5 week time window promised. Do NOT order from this company!!!

Very poor service, took 3 weeks to receive and now they gave me the wrong item I wanted , still waiting to see if they will fix the problem they did
