I placed my order on 12/10 and I still have not received anything! I ordered a sweater for my son's birthday, thinking I'd at least get it by then (which was the 27th) and still nothing! My order hasn't even shipped and they were so quick to charge my card. I've tried emailing countless times with no response. What a waste of my time and money. It's safe to say I won't be using their site again.

I ordered a sweatshirt for my grandson in Nov. for Christmas. It has not arrived but my acct was charged immediately. Emails thru PayPal indicate that it has shipped and provide a tracking number that has shown in transit since 12/11 but no other info. Apparently the transport company is using a rowboat.
And now it seems, based on other reviews, that the shirt is junk. Will see what recourse there is to keep the company from selling in the states, using PayPal, etc. I suggest others do the same.

It has been five weeks and I still don’t have my product. This company sucks and should be shut down for fraud. Really should be negative five stars.

Ordered 2 Christmas gifts on 12/5/18. Still no word. My order is still saying unfulfilled. What good it does me now. Companies all over the world can ship you something in a few days but this company takes months or never. Peed off!!

They steal artist's work and sell it on their clothing.

I wish I could give them negative stars. Do not order from them. Warning Will Robinson! Warning! I saw this nice sweatshirt on Facebook and ordered one for my husband. $57.99. I can't believe I did this. They charged my account immediately and then sent it over here from China. I waited and waited... No Christmas present for my hubby arrived. Got it after Christmas. It ended up being made of a Nylon material, the sleeves are way way too long, and the zipper is sewn in incorrectly. Trying to return it but they are making it super difficult. I learned my lesson. Never buy from vendors on Facebook. Monkstars is a scammer company in my opinion. Facebook should not allow them to sell through their website!

This company is awful no response If I hear nothing within the next few days I'm calling my bank to see if I can get a refund . DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

My order description said, hooded sweatshirt. It is made out of some kind slick material.
I did order from the Facebook and, they should ban them from advertising on it. Over priced crap from CHINA.

This is the worst company I have dealt with ever! I ordered my hoodie in November, which is when the payment cleared… weeks ago I get the same boat just run around about when it’s coming. I hope that everybody joins me in complaining about this company if they found them on Facebook. And also to the payment service you used to buy whatever it was you didn’t get it. F-company do not buy from them. I do those positive reviews in this thread.... I call bull*#$t!

Just an update, I finally got my package from these people, and it is not what I ordered. And the arms are as long as the basketball players and seem out of proportion with the rest of the shirt. I contacted them immediately they asked for a picture which I sent and now I haven’t heard from them. Save yourself some trouble! I ordered a hoodie in early December and I'm still waiting for it. The tracking number is bogus. Something's up with this place. I have a feeling that I'm going to be kissing my $56 goodbye. Also, two of the positive five star replies are from two different people quote unquote but with the exact same wording. I think that monkstars is padding their own reviews.

I ordered two hooded shirts in November promise to be here by Christmas I got one t-shirt it was extra small I ordered extra large other shirt still has not arrived it is Christmas I have tried to work with Ellie she has not helped me at all it has told me to stop contacting them now all I want is an address to send the product back to them this company I find out is not even a Better Business Bureau company and all the other product comes from China

I ordered on December 6th and still have not gotten my package! I got a crappy tracking number that says it was delivered but it hasn't. They sent me a Facebook message that says, "sorry customer. ship already". I'm calling my bank in the morning! Don't buy from these losers!

STILL WAITING 2 WEEKS, NO REPLY TO EMAILS, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!

Wrote 2 emails, first went without response. I ordered dec 14 still have not recieved a shipping email. Says to contact them if you haven't recieved a shipping or tracking number within 5 days but now it has been a week.

Placed order on November 24th, they said they are based in US but items are shipped from Shanghai! conflicting email updates, first 1 stated unable to deliver parcel, then 30 minutes later another update stating item was being transported to 'hub' at Shanghai airport!!! Checked tracking number today, and item is STILL at airport 5 days later. Contacted card issuer to put in a complaint and refund.
24/12/18 Update: STILL no movement from 'tracking number but today had a message from Monkstars.com on FaceBook asking if I liked my purchase! The message was automated and gave 3 options, which again went directly to an other automated option list and although I even wrote comments with the options, no real user response. Even contacted FaceBook via their Ad complaints page but they say that Monkstars are not violating their service even though I gave FB a lot of info!! Just stay clear.

UPDATE: I found out yesterday, January 4th. 2019 that my order arrived to my son in Canada. Although glad and he is very pleased with my present, I still feel that my original review stands as a very poor Customer Service was given. I will not be using them again.

Ordered Black Friday, Nov 23. They didn't ship for 2 weeks, Dec 7. Won't be here for Christmas

Update: Jan 4/19 - Still not here. I cancelled charge to Visa, informed company I cancelled the charge on Dec 30th and told them parcel was lost. They emailed me today that they had reshipped. Why? Christmas is over. I don't need it. I already reversed the charge. Now I have to deal with return shipping when it arrives. Ugh! Horrible company to deal with.

Update: Jan 7/19 - Though second shipment is still not here I investigated their return policy. Apparently you have 7 days from your order date to return. So if they wait 2 weeks to ship NO ONE CAN EVER RETURN ANYTHING!!

Do not purchase from this company unless you have 3 months to wait for shipping and are OK with NO RETURNS!

Update: Jan 14/19 - FYI, second shipment still not here but there is some good news. Visa will reverse all charges! AND because they have an unattainable return policy it's pretty much a given that anyone that charged a purchase will get a refund from their credit card company. Highly recommend that everyone call (Visa, MC) to get their money back.

I have ordered and have to wait quite a long time to receive the goods, the quality is also good to wear comfortable and in accordance with the price you spend, generally acceptable
