Quality jacket suits the price, shipping time a little slow. But there are many unique products, it's my favorite. I bought 4 products from this store. Satisfied!!!

Can't give zero stars or I would. My cc was charged but no product & no response from them. Contacted my cc company who will investigate this company & reverse the charge.

Placed my order November 11th, ample time for Christmas parties and ugly sweater events. December 20th and all that I have is a crappy, no good tracking number that is fake. I message them and they say, "Plz wait patient. Item is shipped frnd." I've started a PayPal dispute and will be refunded my money perfectly on Christmas eve. Do not order from Monkstars. They also go by Doggystylish.

It took a month to get my order with a crap tracking number that was no help. It finally arrived and it's not even the right thing! I ordered a 3D dinosaur print and got a hoodie with bugs on it. I'm furious, this was a surprise for my daughter for Christmas that I'll obviously never get in time. I had no idea this stuff was coming from China until I completed the order, I never would have ordered if I had known. Bad on my for not checking ahead of time.

In reading all the reviews, the same thing happen to me as well, tracking number was not valid, I paid the items through PayPal so now they are involved, pretty said that they are doing this to people.

I ordered a 3D Viola sweater for my son December 9th they gave me a tracking number when I go to track it it says unknown destination I've reached out to them plenty of times they keep emailing me the same thing it's on its way I told him I want a refund I haven't heard from them since I'm very disgusted with this website it's fake!! Please no one order from this website!! Going to my bank to report them and file a claim trying to get this website shut down as soon as possible

Please do not order anything from this site. I made the mistake of ordering 3 items without checking the reviews. 5 weeks later I have still not gotten my items. Their products are made in China. I tried tracking the items to no avail. I can't say it enough do not buy from Monkstars.

It took 32 days to finally receive the sweatshirt that I ordered. I could not get any response from the company. I tried to cancel the order but they did not respond. The shipping finally came through and showed that it shipped from China. I believe that they only produce these once the order is received and then ship. Once the sweatshirt arrived, the sizing was terribly off--by at least two sizes. DO NOT ORDER OR TRUST THIS COMPANY. PayPal was not helpful in refunding my money in spite of their 'guarantee'.

Four weeks after the order was taken and I have neither the merchandise or a tracking number. Numerous attempts to contact the company have been unsuccessful.

This company is NOT legitimate. I have reported them to the Competition and Consumer Commission as a fraudulent and misleading company.

I have also had to engage my bank and reported the fraudulent transaction and seeking a refund.

My advice is DO NOT, under any circumstances, purchase goods from this company.

I've been emailing Monkstars since last week to track my packages and I still haven't heard from anyone. I was told my shipment would arrive before Christmas, it's not looking so good! At this point I want my money back and I will order through someone that actually have a phone number to speak with someone, this email stuff is BS!!!
I'm going to get my bank involved to get my money back. This company is not legit! I'm beyond upset!!!

If you don't like what you receive, kiss your money goodbye. They are in China. What are you gonna do about it?

I placed my order on November 17,2018 part of it came in today. My $45.99 hoodie is made from polyester. The picture online showed cotton. But of corse when I looked back at it when this cheap crap came in, it doesn't show the material that its made out of. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY ARE A RIP OFF. I WILL BE CHECKING INTO RETURNING THEIR CRAP TO THEM.

Contacted the shipping company today. They told me Monkstars created a shipping label but never shipped anything. Sent request for a contact phone number today or a refund. Not optimistic.

Ordered a 50$ hoodie weeks ago, have emailed them many times , never getting a response .... highly mad!
The hoodie is nice, but it’s super thin, was expecting it to be warmer.

All I get when I contact the company is turse response that gives no information or assistance. At this point I'm not even sure the company is legitimate. Not sure why they are even permitted to sell within Canada. My advice is don't order unless you are prepared to take a risk.

So far, giving them a 2 star is generous. Being human, and shopping while multitasking, I mistakenly ordered 2 of the same hoodie jacket for a friend's granddaughter, for a whopping total of over $75! I contacted customer service immediately but so far have had no personal service, just sent the links for their return/refund policy and cancellation policy, neither of which was any help to me! I am on a fixed income and can't afford to lose this money for the duplicated item, though their policy says request for cancellation can be made for up to 12 hrs after an order, but they then disqualify any transaction "made in error"!! I am very unhappy with this company, and now have requested to cancel my ENTIRE order and to be refunded ALL of the $75+.

This is not quality service or product. We made a grave error in trusting a site based on a FB ad and we’re embarrassed. $50 out the door, took over 3 weeks for product to come from China. Quality is not $50 worth by any means and we received the wrong item. There are no phone numbers, packing slips or return instructions. We will never purchase again and are ashamed of ourselves for not reading reviews in advance. Do not order from this “company”.
