I will never F***ing order from this store again, it took three months to receive my items only to find out the sizes had been switched from UK sizes (small) to US size (Large to extra large). Now my only chance is to return them and hopefully get my money back my Christmas. I brought these clothes for work, and this size switch leaves me with nothing to wear for the rest of summer and early fall.
Below average customer service and poor quality clothing
Cheap clothing expensive prices and below-average customer service. Bought dresses for my wife and this was stolen by Hermes. It took one month of writing and no response to get my refund and there were not apologetic. Fake company.
My parcel was left on my doorstep…
My parcel was left on my doorstep without permission and subsequently went missing.
I am currently missing nearly £50 worth of clothing. Customer services have ignored me for six days now. I worry that I might never see my goods or the money I paid for them. I am extremely disappointed and I have had to take this to an ombudsman.
UPDATE- I have now received a refund but it took around a month and I had to start a Resolver case.
Bad customer service - ripped product save yourself the headache
Monsoon order-Received order- cushion arrived with big rip in it- really big I’m not talking small see imagine (quality control??) emailed next day 23rd of May - response none. Emailed again 30th of May? - no response I included pictures both times.
4th of May - email from a chelsea saying did
I still need help (of course cushion didn’t repair itself) - sent email straight back.
No response - emailed 5 times since heard nothing being ignored see pictures. The cushion should not have been sent out in this state! The box was not damaged it was packed this way wasted so much time on this but have no use for a ripped cushion! Not on trend
All items broke on receipt!
Ordered 3 hair clips online all of which broke immediately. No response from customer services after 10 days. Disgusting service and very bad quality. Will not order from them again.

I ordered something online in February and now two months later I still haven't received it. I tried contacting their constumer service multiple times and the only answer I keep on getting is that it already arrived at my country. They can't help me. Seriously I paid them, the least they can do is try to figure out where it is and how I can get it. Or refund me because I never received anything. I emailed them so many times. I keep on hearing that they are so sorry and they sincerely apologize, but nothing helpful.
I love their stuff but if I pay money without receiving anything I'm never buying there again!
Disgustingly Bad Customer Service
I'm not sure if I have ever shopped online with Monsoon before but I certainly never will again.
I placed an order on the 2nd April and received a confirmation. After two weeks I thought I should chase them up to see what was happening. It's now three weeks later and I have sent them four emails and several through Facebook Messenger. All have been ignored. All they do, if you are lucky, is respond with a completely stupid question like "do you still have an issue?"; when I respond to say that I do, they disappear again.
In desperation I have even emailed the CEO but even he is ignoring me.
I am now treating this as fraud as they have taken my money, delivered nothing and are refusing any contact or to refund me. I am in contact with my credit card company.
Bottom line: I recommend you do not shop with this company. I never will again. They are a disgrace and I am disgusted with them.
Defective Product, refused replacement or refund.
I bought a set of three stud earrings, 5/6 have lost their stones. I complained as the set are clearly defective and Monsoon/Accessorize will not replace or refund. Awful product, followed by poor customer service. It seems looking at the reviews on here Monsoon is not what it was! I've been shopping here for many years but will never purchase again.
CHARGED TWICE FOR AN ITEM NO LONGER AVAILABLE!
I ordered various sale dresses from Monsoon online, and was told one of the dresses was no longer available. However, not only had they charged me for this dress when I placed my order, but Monsoon also charged me for the dress again instead of putting the money back in to my account. If I didn`t have an ap for my bank account which allows me to check my bank account daily, this could easily have been overlooked and I would have been charged twice for a dress which was no longer available!!
When I contacted Monsoon customer service about the above, as a way of an apology they issued me with a 15% discount code which could only be used against full price items ordered online. Given that Monsoon was also offering a disount of 25% for all full price items ordered online, this was more like a punishment than an apology for having been charged twice for a dress which was no longer available!!
I have contacted Janet at Monsoon customer services about the above on Tuesday of this week, but as yet (it is now late afternoon on Thursday) I have had no response.......watch this space to see if I ever get one!
ALL CUSTOMERS SHOULD MAKE SURE THEY CHECK THEIR BANK ACCOUNTS/ STATEMENTS IF THEY HAVE ORDERED ITEMS FROM MONSOON WHICH ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE TO ENSURE THEY HAVE NOT BEEN CHARGED TWICE FOR AN ITEM THEY WILL NEVER BE SENT!!

Abysmal Customer Services
I am a third tier Treats member and because of this I should get free next day delivery on all my Accessorize orders. However due to a glitch with my account I am not able to use this ‘treat’ despite constantly getting email reminders that it’s available. I raised this issue with Customer Services on the 8th SEPTEMBER and here we are on 16th December and it has still not been resolved. I get in touch every couple of weeks to be told each time that ‘Head Office is dealing with it’. What absolute rubbish, this kind of incompetence makes me just want to give up buying from Accessorize.
Big disappointment
Ordered a necklace online and arrived so tangled that it took 4 people and more than an hour to try and unknot it. I am so disappointed and tempted to believe it was already tangled when it was packed as I cannot imagine how it can get so badly knotted during delivery. If anything it should be packaged better not just thrown in a bag.
Very disappointed. Would not recommend buying online.

Awful professionalism & Terrible customer service, I bought a bag and it’s been 10 days and my bag hasn’t been delivered yet, I’ve contacted Accessorize on multiple occasions only to be receive no help at all, they haven’t even made an effort to contact investigate properly with Hermes to see what’s happened with the parcel, I shall not be ordering from here again or even recommending to a friend . Disappointing customer service
My daughter bought me a pair of slippers for my holiday from Accessorize. On the first time of wearing one broke (toe area) and so when I returned home I took them to the shop. The assistant agreed that clearly they had not been worn very much at all and referred me to their customer service. I got a reply offering me a 10 p.c discount on my next online purchase. It was clearly a design fault and the company refused to accept that they had sold a faulty product. For the sake of £20 or so they would have gained much more by offering me a full refund and a voucher to spend in the shop. Shocking customer service. Myself and my daughters are regular customers to both Accessorize and Monsoon. Come on this is not really a smart way to keep customers happy!!!!

After having awful service in monsoon Leamington the other day, I popped into Accessorize stratford upon Avon today, how different two stores can be!!! Lady called Emma helped me so much, needed a last minute present, I couldn't of asked for better service. Restored my faith in monsoon Accessorize, I still will not go back to the leamington branch, but most definitely will go back to Stratford upon Avon store. Thanks great service!

Very Unpleasant Staff at Westfield! Beware!
I went in to Accessorize to look at their fashion rings and was surprised to see a few XS small rings which fit me perfectly. I couldn't decide which rings I wanted to purchase so I grabbed three and decided to walk around and see what else they had in the store while I made up my mind. As i was looking at jewelry in other parts of the store I noticed one of the employees subtly following me around and standing around any of the areas that I was in. I was a bit bothered by this and so decided to walk to the opposite side of the store to see if she would still follow me there, and fortunately she did not.
After this, I decided that I would only purchase one ring, so i left the other two around one of the jewelry areas and proceeded to the till. The employee at the till was not the same one who had been following me, but as I handed her the ring I wanted to buy, she looked at me and demanded to know where the rest were. I was very confused and a bit taken a back by this, as I've never been treated like this in any store. I told her I did not know what she meant and then she proceeded to state that I had three rings and demanded that I show her the rest in a very accusing and unfriendly tone. I told her that I did not have any rings and she then proceeded to ring me up with a very sour and unpleasant face.
As I left the till, I noticed that the employee that had been following me around was standing at the front of the store by the barriers and I as i walked by her and through the sensors the sensors began to beep and she, of course, immediately jumped to stop me. I handed her the ring and the receipt and after looking at it, she demanded I show her my purse. I opened it and because i had my laptop in it and she couldn't see the other half of the purse so she told me in a very rude tone to move the laptop because she couldn't touch my purse. A couple of other employees came to help her and were much nicer stating that it was probably just the ring I had just bought. They still waved my purse and my jacket through the sensors and asked me to walk by it again and since nothing came up they finally let me leave.
I have never in my life been treated like this in any store and will definitely not shop there ever again!

Well I share my dissatisfaction with people on here ! I ordered a gift for Mother’s Day and was delighted when I saw that they offer a Sunday delivery, paid extra, and no delivery until yesterday even though, Sunday delivery was all over the box ! I’ve emailed Monsoons customer service with no response to my email....
You would think with business closing down on the high street that they would be doing the best they can to keep customers happy.
Quite telling there not interested in the customer.

I am writing to express my absolute disgust at Monsoon's online ordering system. Today I tried to place an online order for 4 flower girl dresses. I entered all my details and my card details and clicked to place the order. The bank authorisation box appeared but the page then bounced back to the payment page. Believing that I may have entered the card details incorrectly I repeated the process only to have the same thing happen again. At this point I decided to pay using Paypal. Completed the payment process on the Paypal site, received the confirmation that the payment had gone through from Paypal however received no confirmation from Monsoon that the order had been placed. I then checked my bank account to see that not only had the Paypal payment gone through but there were two pending transactions on my bank account to Monsoon. I contacted Monsoon Customer Service (had to wait approximately 15 minutes to be connected to someone) and was advised that only one of the payments would have gone through and the other two payments would appear back in my account in TEN DAYS TIME. Absolutely unnacceptable, WHY????? When I asked the customer service representative which payment had actually gone through I was then advised that the none of the orders had actually been accepted as some of the items were out of stock so all three payments will remain pending for up to 10 days, an amount of £315. This is even more unacceptable. How can their website be so utterly useless? Why, if items are out of stock, are products allowed to be placed in your shopping cart and the payment held in pending in my bank account (ok, it's pending so they haven't actually taken it but it still means it's not available for me to access and could cause some of my direct debits and standing orders to bounce)? It is totally unacceptable and I am beyond angry that this has occurred. I will NEVER shop again at Monsoon.
Wedding dress not delivered and no response to my emails
I ordered my wedding dress through them on Jan 5, 2019. It was unsuccessfully delivered on 1/24/19. The tracking link updated to "on transport to local sporting center" on 1/25/19. It is 2/11/19 and no change. They shipping service they use (PostNL) does not allow you to contact them but refers you back to original sender. I have emailed them twice with no response. Post NL says they will try to deliver 2-3 times. There have been no other attempts.
This type of service is unacceptable and at this point it looks as though I will have to go through my credit card company to dispute the charges.
