Ordered 2 scarves in their sale
Ordered 2 scarves in their sale, they then cancelled the order as the items were not available (this is poor in itself). One of the scarves is still available on their site days later which I get ads popping up for to remind me of the order they didn't send.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE- I placed an order online on 20/07 for around £100 with clothes from Monsoon and jewellery from Accessorize but only received 1 out of my 4 items, the one delivered by DHL on 24/07. Apparently HERMES pretended to have delivered the remaining 3 items the day before on 23/07 lunchtime but none of my neighbours took any parcel in my absence and no card had been left in my letterbox. After a whole week wait and investigation, the courier apparently had dumped my order on a staircase. In a nutshell, my order of £70 has been lost!! This created me a lot of hassles and stress as these items were required for an event on 28/07 and 29/07 but Monsoon never tried to replace them and right now I will fight even in court if needed to get my money back.
Monsoon & Accessorize do not know the meaning of Customer Care so avoid yourself a nightmare and spend your hard-earned money elsewhere; you'll save yourself time (I had to call them no less than 4 times already without any Manager calling me back) and a lot of stress. They couldn't care less that I was suffering with my voice and needed rest.
Thank you for your service
Thank you for your service! Will shop again!
Ridiculous wait..
Have been waiting since 12th June for a refund on a gift card. Absolutely ridiculous in this day and age that it can't be done online - they've already had the money, you're trapped to buying something else from them but no, you are left waiting weeks and weeks for a refund. Will tell all my family and friends to never buy gift cards from this company again.

Monsoon Customer Service is disgraceful
I have been a loyal customer of Monsoon for over 25yrs. Two months ago I purchased a cocktail dress specifically for a night at the Ritz Hotel. I did not try it on in the shop as I had jeans and trainers on and would prefer to try it with proper shoes and accessories. On trying it on it was slightly too short so I took it to Chelmsford to return it for a refund (the first time I have returned anything to Monsoon). I was met with the most appalling customer service by an assistant called Debbie. Although I had the recent and the garment swing tags she refused to give me a refund. Not only that, she was extremely rude and aggressive. When I asked what course of action I could take as the garment was not suitable or what other options there were, she shrugged her shoulders, turned her back on me and walked away without so much as a word of advice. I asked her to write her name down which she did. I have never been met with such rude and aggressive customer service in any shop. I made a simple request which she completely mishandled. Moral of the story is that Monsoon are very very quick to take your money but extremely reluctant to give you a refund.
I subsequently sent the dress to Monsoon head office with the receipts and the garment tags. The response I got was appalling they did not even offer a credit note. The dress was intact, never been worn, had the receipt and the swing tags with it and met all the criteria for a refund. Although I had never said in my letter to Monsoon I was seeking legal advice they wrongly assumed this using this as an excuse to say they could not deal with me any more as I needed to go through their legal team. As I have never taken advice from solicitors in this matter and neither would I, this is yet another excuse from Monsoon not to give me a refund or a credit note. The tone of the correspondence is belligerent, untruthful and quite clearly aimed at the customer not receiving refunds or credit notes and to ensure you are not able to deal with them again.
It is unfortunate that I now have to resort to the Small Claims Court to obtain a Refund as Monsoon appear to be totally incapable of providing any sort of courteous or proper customer service. Monsoon's management of this case has been shabby, tatty, dishonest and designed to be as unhelpful as they possibly could be.
No customer of John Lewis, Marks and Spencers, House of Fraser or any other reputable company would be treated in this manner. Monsoon appear to be only interested in taking your money, not assisting in the return of goods or refunds. At the very least I believe they should have offered a credit note.
Shabby, tatty, disgraceful customer service. I'm sure the loss of one loyal customer is of no concern to them. I am not having to go to Court to reclaim the money on the dress.
